We brought the dorado our guys caught that day to Cata Wine and asked the waiter if they could cook it for us. The cook personally came to our table to tell us the 4 sauces she could prepare for the fish. We asked for all four and so glad we did. The meal was exquisite! The sauces she made were incredibly delicious, She cooked the fish perfectly and the accompanying pasta was fresh and superb. We were so pleased we asked to personally thank the cook and gave her a standing ovation. The evening was perfect from the attentive service, the lush ambiance to the soft music and the delicious wine. The owner brought us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as a thank you for our enthusiastic appreciation. It was the best restaurant and the best evening the four of us had during our whole week in San Jose del Cabo.
