The quality of the art is much better than I expected, with at least two venues showing work on a par with San Francisco or LA. Be sure to find the galleries, not just the plaza tent shops.

the streets are closed off, you wander around to all the galleries.....some have wine, snacks, gorgeous art, beautiful galleries, I did notice a lot of policia, on each corner, up and down the blocks.....didn't feel comfortable with policia everywhere.....why? To keep us art buyers safe! It took the freedom feeling away with so much police walking and standing around....I felt like something was going to happen here....we felt uncomfortable and left that area.
