Great rooms and wonderful beds form the foundation of this excellent property. The personality is established by the excellent staff. Very friendly, and they deliver a standard of service that is hard to achieve and rare to encounter.
The Room Service staff provided a great start to our days, with their friendly, professional manner, and the deliveries to our room were so fast and pleasant. They were the best I've ever experienced!
Pablo and Carlos at the Concierge desk were unbelievably good.
The Bell Staff were courteous, friendly, and Daniel even remembered our name from years ago!
Wait staff was great, especially the one who advised me to try the Ranchero Eggs!
The Management has done an absolutely incredible job training the staff!!
The only exception was the Business Center......the staff was not bad, but the fact that they were not friendly, and not concerned made them stand out from the otherwise excellent service.

Room Tip: Ocean front is worth it. Lanais are spatious and views great.

We had a 10 day family vacation and the Hilton is a great choice. We checked out many other hotels from the expensive 5+ stars to other similarly priced hotels, and were always happy to return to the Hilton. Staff is friendly, the hotel is modern and clean, the food is good. I wouldn't say the food is of great value, but all the hotels of similar quality have the same pricing. We also rented a car which was great to go and explore, Cabo, san jose del cabo and puerto los cabos. The Hilton is a solid choice and we would return! Pat

We just stayed for our second time at the Hilton in Cabo. My husband and I stayed there a few years ago and we went last week with our two kids, 4 and 7. I have stayed at many high-end hotels and I have to say the level of service and the attention to detail is unparalleled. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is immaculate and beautiful. It never felt full, it's very spacious. The staff at the kids club were amazing and also Jorge at the pool went above and beyond. He had our kids help him deliver popsicles. My daughter cried when it was time to leave. We are already planning a trip back!!

Kudos to the management team here, you have done an amazing job!

We just returned from another fabulous vacation at the hilton. Again, the staff is the best. The service is outstanding and everyone welcomes you back. It is like coming to your home away from home. Every time we revisit the hilton there is always some changes that make the resort that much better. We do not want to go anywhere else!! Also the food is incredible. We did dine at other restaurants but the food at the hilton was much better. This trip we invited family members to join us. They said this resort was the best place they ever vacationed at. We already knew that!! We are already planning our next vacation back at the hilton with our family. Thanks to everyone at the Hilton for a unforgettable vacation. Can't wait to come back. Mr Booth, You run a great resort!!! Please thank eveyone at the hilton for a wonderful time and the extra effort they all did to exceed our expectations. This is the best hotel in Cabo period!!

I am a frequent traveler and I'm a stickler for customer service. I can say without a doubt that this hotel is a strong "10" when it comes to customer service, hospitality and overall support of our needs. While everyone was fabulous, I wanted to share extra kudos for Paul and Carlos at the bellmans desk, Yara and Cesar at the front desk (they really helped us on our first day), Adrian and Enrique at the pool bar, Juan Carlos at the Fenetia Restaurant and so many others.....they all learned our name, so we learned theirs.....great people representing a great property. Food was very good even at the pool bars, room service was very detailed ( they even asked to get ice for drinks and set up the table as if we were at a formal dinner), the spa was excellent and the property was very clean and always kept up to top tier standards.

My only compliant was the service at the main lobby bar/restaurant was slow on both occasions but the traffic there is very light as well.....very small issue for a tremendously great 6 days at the best hotel in Cabo.

Everyone should say here at least once....I know I am going back!

Room Tip: You have to ask....it will cost more but we asked for a center room over the pool and we got an exte...

I have stayed any many high end resorts all over the Caribbean, Hawaii and Mexico. Do not let the price of this resort fool you it is a top notch resort. The rooms are large, staff is over the top friendly and the resort is spotless. If you have stayed at a Ritz Carleton the service is similar.

On thing to note is that this hotel is in what is know as the "corridor" That is basically directly in the middle between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. A common mistake many people make is not getting a rental car. Roundtrip taxi rides to either city is $45+ and $60+ each way to the airport. My rental car (midsize) for a week was $206 total and we saved a fortune by having it. There is a Megamart (think Wal-Mart superstore) that has very inexpensive snacks and drinks. 6 packs of beer are $5, the price of one at the hotel. We asked for a fridge and they brought one to the room free of charge. Parking is free and convenient at the hotel. The hotel is isolated and there is nothing off property that you can walk to. The food a the hotel is excellent, but expensive, especially for a family. We often made daily trips to either city for shopping / meals when we had enough sun for the day.

The hotel hosts many corporate events, but they accommodate them well. We were able to enjoy 2 different firework displays during our week there. Even though we were there at the very end of whale season, we were able to see them breaching several times. The season ends March 30th or April 15th depending on who you ask.

All of the rooms are well appointed and spacious. All of the rooms have some sort of ocean view. I would avoid the rooms on the west side of the hotel that face the adjoining property and dirt road. Everything else faces the pool and ocean directly. When you enter the hotel from the road the lobby is on the 3rd floor, so there are two floors below and three above the lobby. The best views are on the 4-6th floors. Housekeeping visits 2x a day and leaves cute towel animals that our daughter loved.

The property is very well kept, they offer 5 min chair massages for free at the pool and they will come by and offer homemade popsicles every afternoon. The main infinity pool tend to be a little bit noisier than the other pool. Both pools have swim up bars, one has a swim up sushi bar, that was a great lunch. They have an excellent fitness center with up to date equipment. The lobby bar has a happy hour from 5-6 and the views cant be beat.

Plan to return for a 3rd time soon.

Although getting a rental car is a wonderful idea for exploring the neighboring towns of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, the buses that run into the towns are a less expensive and safe alternative. Beautiful, great experience! Close to both towns, even if you choose to use public transportation. The staff is amazing, the food beyond delicious and the rooms "brand new clean" and very beautiful decor! My best experiences: the spa, the whales watching, fire at the beach with amazing mexican coffee, and the gorgeous view from the room!
