It's an awesome place to go if you are staying at the San Jose area, had the best steak ever! loved the clericot (this is a must) and best of all... very reasonable prices. Totally recommended if you want to enjoy a great dinner.

Disapointed by this restaurant, the food is ok but the service is not exceptional, they just do the minimum. Oh and the pizza is extra small it's the size of a cd, the should tell us before you order it.

By far the best meal my friends and I had while staying at a nearby resort. The steaks were tender and perfectly seasoned. The empanadas (we tried all 4) were tasty. Their version of sangria was delish! I enjoyed being a little off the beaten path...as other reviews have stated, this place is a few blocks off of Antonio Migares Blvd. Well worth the detour into a slightly more authentic part of the city.

Open air, no roof, on a quiet street, in an underdeveloped but midtown neighborhood. We watched the chickens roaming in their yard across the street. All food served on wooden boards, an Argentinian custom. Had beer, and bread with hot sauce or chimichurri spread, while awaiting empanadas: one tomato, mozzarella (like a pizza), the other mushroom and cheese--both excellent. She had skirt steak, the right size for 1 person; I had flank steak, two pieces, enough for 2 persons; saw them cooked over wood fire grill 4 yards away. Waitress offered to cook my medium flank steak more and did as it was on the rare side--both steaks extremely tender, and flavorful. I loved the flank steak but couldn't eat it all. Steak served with lettuce and tomato salad on the side--good. Tasted the basal ice cream, but didn't care much for it. Total price: 48 USD, good price for excellent steak.
Their customers are apparently mostly locals, many from the Argentinian community
