This is not our first or our last trip to Morgans!
Their wood fired menu gives meat lovers plenty to look forward to in a unique garden hacienda atmosphere. This time we had the lamb and the baby back ribs (with a wonderful raspberry chipotle barbecue) and entrees are accompanied by fresh, organic, local vegetables. The meats were tender and done perfectly and the vegetables simple but delicious. The open kitchen wood fired oven and grill are great to watch and live music is not uncommon. The garden feel adds charm and comfort while excellent service help make this an outstanding choice all around.
Easy to find around the corner from the centro, just down from the church, very close to the main road Morgan's is a popular spot- but give yourself a few extra minutes to park as you may need to walk a block or two. In low season and a Sunday night it was not busy but I would highly recommend reservations in season, on weekends or for larger parties.
