Arrived (about 6pm for dinner) to what looked like a mass waitress group interview session, chef strolled in a little later with what appeared to be superiority complex, although our waiter seemed to be sincere service was slow and a portion of our (one of four entrees) was forgotten. After ordering waiter returned to the table to report the chef could not prepare a particular dish for lack of ingredients. Although the food was acceptable, portions were small and lacking interest, and certainly not worth the price or aggravation. Final blow was being charged 270.00 pesos (about 25 american dollars) for 6 small Figi waters. Left very disappointed and feeling that they are trying to be something they are clearly not.
