Just spent 5 days in late July and are already planning to return. Truly quiet, elegant, and thoroughly relaxing. We've stayed at all-inclusives before including Dreams PV but have never had service this wonderful. Standout was Yaser who really made my wife and I feel special. Did the horse ride on the beach, day trip to the arch, and a sunset next door at Las Ventanas and recommend them all. Most defining moment was returning from the day trip to town to the paradise that is Zoetry.

I was treated to a birthday surprise four-day stay at Casa Del Mar in July 2012. From the moment we arrived until we left the service and ammenties were excellent. The facilities are very clean, the staff exceptionally friendly, the food was delicious, and the pools were not crowded. We were relaxed and rejuvenated after staying there. We Zip Lined one morning and fished another morning so there are many activities in the area. We have visited several Pacific Islands and rate Cabo and Zoetry as the best. We definitely will return.

Room Tip: There can't be a bad room anywhere on the property. Absolutely wonderful!

Zoetry Casa del Mar is the best place for honeymoons. My wife and I stayed for 9 nights in a Jr Ocean Front Suite. The view and privacy was amazing. The service was top notch. If you can afford it, go for the Honeymoon Package. Its well worth it. You can see everything that comes with on their website. My wife and I well be returning soon.

This is not your party central venue, crowd bumping and chair fighting resort. That is why we loved it. I also loved the fact that buffets were out of sight, which helped me keep my weight in check. The food was a la cart and made with fresh ingredients. Bread seemed to be always dry but other than that, the taste and selection was great.

We stayed in there in late February and we more or less had the place to ourselves. The first morning we rushed out to the pool at 7:00 am thinking we would be fighting the crowds for a couple of lawn chairs. 3 hours later where still the only one there. Picked up in the afternoon but you still didn't need to worry about not getting chairs.

The best part was the ability to pop over next door to Dreams and get the feel of crowds and et at some of their restaurants which was the one down side of Zoetry - limited selection of restaurants. Two in total. But like I said, this was negated by going to dreams.

One thing we discovered halfway through,is when they told us if we needed anything just ask they really meant it. We took advantage of this with my wife (who is a picky eater) wanted changes to the menu.

This leads into the staff. We got pampered and always had drinks come our way. They were fantastic.

The trip was relaxing and recommend it to any one wanting to be in a quite place and take it easy. Forgot to mention that we had wi-first all over the resort which allowed us to stay in touch with the family and catch up on the home events.

Room Tip: All the rooms are great. It is a small complex that you are just a walk away from all the venues and it is so quiet that you don't hear anyone around you.

We stayed here 7/14 - 7/19 2012. This property came highly recommended by our AMEX Platinum Travel Advisor. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and the drive up through the gate is very visual.

We were greeted by the front desk staff which is located in the courtyard. We were booked into a master one bedroom ocean front suite. The first room they showed us was in the original (older) part of the hotel. Although the room was spacious it was very aged with a combo tub/shower that was an immediate turn-off. Back downstairs we go to the front desk. They offer to show us something newer for an additional cost. They take us to one of the newer buildings and show us a first floor suite with a private plunge pool/spa. We agree to the upgrade cost and settle in.

When they say this place is quiet they mean quiet - every evening at dinner we were usually one of two or three couples in the main restaurant. The beach club restaurant was usually busier if you call 8 couples busy. The service was attentive and you are encouraged to ask for special orders if you don't see what you want on the menu. This is nice as in a boutique resort like this you can tire quickly of the menu at the two dining choices.

The grill at the Beach Club offers great food during the day and the bar/wait service is impeccable. Estefan and Yasser made the afternoons very lively with great conversation and service. The fish tacos and the ceviche are incredible at the Beach Club.

If you are looking for nightlife this isn't the place the lobby bar was empty all 4 nights we were there. If you are looking for that upscale all-inclusive where you can feel like you have the place to yourself this is the place.

Now for the areas of improvement ;)
First, the phone service is somewhat difficult to figure out and there is no instructions.

Near the end our stay we came back to our suite to find the A/C not working. When I called the front desk they reluctantly sent a maintenance person over who messed around with the unit and told me it would be working in "one hour". He left and one hour later it was still blowing hot air. I called the front desk back and the woman who answered was rude and suggested that I make sure the sliding glass door was closed which was ridiculous. I assured her the door was closed and that 90 degrees was not an acceptable temperature. She said she would send the maint person back but he never showed. Instead of calling we walked down the front desk and was informed the entire building was affected and it was being worked on which made the phone call earlier that much more frustrating. In the end the A/C was repaired while were at dinner and we came back to a nice cool room.

If you stay at Zoetry you can use the Dreams property next door. We went there once and it was packed with families and since we don't have kids that was a moot point for us.

Overall I would stay here again. The food and service were spectacular and Modesto the captain in the main dining room always made sure dinner was enjoyable. This is a great property if you are just looking to unplug and relax without being around the crowds at the properties nearby.

Room Tip: Do not pick a room in the main hotel area the rooms are very aged and in need of refurb.
