Description: Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.

“OMG! Great hidden gem with amazing food and views”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

We were staying at another resort we love but will try Cabo Surf in the future...jealous of the rolling surf and long boarders out there. ANYWAY....we had appetizers and drinks the night before and returned for breakfast on our last day on way to airport. When you arrive to the property and gate, tell them you are there for the restaurant.

We enjoyed the view. It cannot be beat. The food was also excellent...They first delivered a small plate of homemade baked goods with assorted spreads and butter. The starfruit spread was divine. We enjoyed the kids fruit and yogurt, Mexican eggs, a "to die for" waffle which was crispy yet fluffy in the middle and served with warm syrup. Simple but delicious. The chicken enchiladas (yes, enchiladas for breakfast) with mole sauce were outstanding. The bacon was served crisp and shaped into what almost look like candy canes. Prices reasonable. Even the children's menu was reasonable and varied. Service was spot on both visits. Free wifi. Nice small lobby lounge and couches to relax. It was a very peaceful boutique hotel and very relaxing breakfast. It's just a very peaceful spot. Hilarious trying to get a manual car out of the sloped parking lot. Sad to go home. We will definitely be back.

“Beautiful Ocean Views, Fantastic Food!”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

This restaurant is by far, hands-down favorite place for lunch in all of Los Cabos. You can enjoy fabulous ocean views, and watch the surfers as you dine on incredible seafood and Mexican dishes. Great breakfast as well, and wonderful mixed juices like the revitalizer and the reducer. I am addicted! Our favorites are the baja tacos, big surf platter, tortilla soup, and ceviches.Reasonable wine prices, about $7 a glass, unlike the big resorts. The dinner is nice as well, and there is often live music. For special occasions, the restaurant will do a torch lit beach table for an additional fee!

“Horribly disappointing”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

Went to Mi Cocina the night before and Tequila the night after. Both wonderful. This place has great views, looks like a wonderful place to stay but the food was not good. Have to go back to the rule not to eat where there's good views. Service was good though.

“Breakfast with a view”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

This reataurant is located in the Cabo Surf Hotel. There are great views of the ocean and surfers at the surf school. Whales are common from this vantage point in season. The breakfast selection is quite good and the service unbeatable. This is our favorite spot for breakfast.
