We first visited Cynthias on a trip to San Jose Cabo in 2011. We are please to report that Cynthia's is still serving great fresh cooked food with a great attitude and a big smile on her face. The prices have not even increased in the past two years witch is amazing. I had the Red Snapper with the Red Pepper Sauce it was simply delicious. Salads were fresh and delicious. Definitely worth visiting if your in the area located right behind the Mega Supermarket in the Plaza Caracol. During the simmer months she will be open only for breakfast and lunch. You wont be disappointed.

This was our last meal and the best. I had baja fish tacos. Filled with fresh veggies and lightly breaded fish the unique flavors were 1st rate. My wife had a salad that she loved with candied nuts and Ahi. Others in our party loved the fish and chips (don't remember what they called it) and the fish sandwich. Prices were reasonable and service was great.

Out of the 8 days we spent in San Jose del Cabo we ate at Cynthia's 6 times. The food is organic and exquisitely prepared. We never had an unsatisfactory meal and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and wait staff who, although we spoke very little Spanish, were friendly and made us feel at home. Bravo!

The Cynthia restaurant is around the corner for the Marisol Hotel at which we stayed. The food was so good that we ate there sic out of the eight days we were in San Jose del Cabo. Restaurant Cynthia is an organic delight. Every dish we had was superb. The fresh salads were beautifully designed and as tasty as a salad can be. the fish was prepare in several ways all of which were delicious. The service was fantastic. Rigoberto (Rigo) and his partner will fill your gustatorial requests quickly and efficiently. If you are lucky Cythia will visit your table and answer any questions you may have regarding the magic she concocts in the kitchen. this is by far the best food my wife and I have had during any of our vacations.
