Hadn't been to Voila in a few months but it was a cool evening and the cosy courtyard was a big draw. Service was attentive but not obstrusive. Started out by sharing the Voila Salad.. Interesting and flavorful.. Then we both had the Sea Bass.... it was fresh and cooked to perfection.. a staple on the menu but never fails to impress..One of our favorite dining out main courses in Los Cabos!.. Wine list was good and the house wines were good.. All in all, our experience was so good that we are getting a group together and going again this week. Great for couples, small groups and families even solo.. Something on the menu for everyone. Roberto , the owner aims to please and is a great supporter of the San Jose and Los Cabos communities and the charities.

Hola Pocodecielo,
Thank you very much for your kind words.
Since opening for business almost ten years ago, we have tried to offer an unique experience to our patrons. For such we have a very loyal customer base of foreigners and Mexican locals that make Cabo their home, and it is them with their support, that we have been able to last as long and specially these last three years which have been very challenging for everybody.
We appreciate your/their patronage and for that reason we try to give back to the community.
Cabo is a very close knit community and there are many that need our support.
Once again thank you for giving us the opportunity in serving you.
Saludos

Let me start by saying that I have been spending 20 years dining in Cabo san Lucas and have many memorable meals. Recently I enjoyed a wonderful night at Voila in San Jose. The ambiance is very relaxed and open. The tables are nicely set apart from each other and allow for private conversation. My date and I started with mango margaritas which were fabulous. We shared the tortilla soup which is a passion of mine and we both found it delicious. We shared our entrees which were the lobster burrito and the quail with these incredible potato balls. Hahaha! I forgot the name of them but we ate them all and I'm not much for potatoes! Roberto Valle is the chef and owner and he is on top of every detail. Food, drinks, service. and great music. Definitely a thumbs up!

Muchas gracias James for taking the time to write about your experience at Voilá.
We are happy that you enjoyed your experience, given that you are a seasoned Caboyero (English for choyero) which is the name for the locals. Hope to see once again.
Saludos!!!

We had an excelent time at Voila with our family and were very pleased on the staff service. Our favorite salad ENSALADA VOILA and a good menu (difficult to choose among each dish!)

This place is great - very good - but upscale and too fancy for me. If you want people stumbling over pouring your wine and constantly adding ice for your drinks this is for you. The food is very, very good fresh lobster and shrimp caught the previous day and on ice. Incredible service and price.. Maybe for a very special event this would be fine - but not for me - I like to drink beer from the bottle (or draft) and like to pour my own wine.
