“Beach bar!”
Reviewed March 21, 2014 via mobile

We were staying in walking distance along the beach so we went our first night. This is a beach bar. It was fun to sit outside looking at the ocean. More of a lunch spot in my estimation. I was surprised that this a frequently mentioned when asking for dinner recommendations.
Manage you expectation and you will not be disappointed.

“Love this place!”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

As soon as I walked up I knew I'd love it. It looks a little sketchy, at first, but has that rustic charm that you'd think of as part of Mexico. It's certainly not commercialized and has many options on the menu from authentic Mexican to burgers, steaks and seafood. If you catch something while fishing, you can even have them cook it up for you. There's indoor and outdoor seating options. Indoor gives you some big screens so you can catch a basketball or hockey game; outdoor has you overlooking the beach and the Sea of Cortez. The staff is friendly, the prices are great, and the food is awesome.

Felt like we were bothering them -- service was terrible -- food not much better -- beer was warm
Really to bad as such a great spot right on the beach .

“Beachside restaurant next to a surfing beach.”

Decent food with a 'Kalifornia' view....
Normal Baja Sur gringo fare
Somewhat pricy for its location.
Free parking adjacent.
