“Our guide made this trip...thanks David”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

I agree with one of the other reviewers, the camel ride was really a walk....10 mins along the beach and that is it. I understand it can't be like a horseback ride because the camels won't behave like horses and all line up nicely and follow the leader!! It would have been been good to know this up front so that folks aren't disappointed and don't give the rest of the tour full credit. The food was good, not the regular stuff you get at the hotels. And as I said, david made the trip, He was a wealth of information and he was quite funny.
We enjoyed the trip. Whale watching would have been the best trip (they weren't there when we were), but this was a good choice too.

Thank you for your great comments. We take every one into account to always improve our adventures. David is also very proud to see your write up and thanks you.

Our camel ride time has been coordinated so that everyone can enjoy the whole variety that we offer on the tour such as the nature walk, tortilla making class, Tequila tasting and the delicious food (our chef was happy to see his cuisine commented on!) along with the Unimog 4 x 4 off road ride. Our 20 minute ride along the secluded beach gives everyone a taste of how it is to ride a camel and ensures that our camels do not tire out as their well being is our top priority.

We will certainly review our publicity material and see if we can advise guests in advance that the Camels are only part of the whole experience and will ensure that everyone who promotes our adventures ensures that the correct information is given..

Thank you once again and we hope to see you on another Cabo Adventure in th future.

Kind regards th e Adventures team

“one of a kind experience”
Reviewed April 14, 2013

Read about this on trip advisor and due to the recommnedations booked the your prior to arriving in cabo via the internet. Got a 15% on line booking discount & I saw no other better deal after arriving in cabo. Was a bit nervous booking on line as I only had the print out of my email confirmation (came to $255 CAN after discount and taxes) but it was all I needed & there was no issues. Was picked up at our hotel & dropped off at the Dolphin Center, verified my email ticket and got our bands and then was brought to a waiting area to wait for another van to take us to the "farm". It was all very organized and professional.

Once there we took anothr vehicle to the beach area where we had our camel ride and pictures taken - very reasonably priced and of the highest quality. We had Chicas as a tour guide and he was great: a fast talker so we got a lot of info in a small amount of time :) Well organized & included a chat about plant life and a lunch - which was one of the best we had during our stay in Cabo and a tequila tasting - very, very interesting.

Would highly recommend this tour company. Very professional and service oriented. They also treated the animals and the environment with the highest level of respect. If you want a different experience, yet get a great taste of Mexico (the people, the food, the drink, the environment) this tour is the best to do so!

“Great Adventure!!!”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

My husband and I went on a cruise on the Carnival Miracle during the first week of April 2013. We decided to go on the Outback & Camel Safari while in Cabo and are so glad we did. From the ship we took a tender into port and then were escorted to an air-conditioned bus for our ride out to the ranch where we transferred to an unimog truck for a real 'outback' experience. Our guide was Pepe and he did a get job. The nature walk was informative and the scenery wonderful. The camel ride lasted 15-20 minutes and was a bit scary at first. Lunch was served in an outdoor kitchen. It was very good. The tequila tasting and tortilla making were also interesting. We bought the CD and 2 pictures and it was well worth it. We highly recommend this excursion. It is well worth the price.

“Outback and Camel Safari”

This was a great day for my wife and myself. Pepe was our guide and the nature walk was informative. The camel ride along the sandy beach and a great lunch afterwards was well worth the price.
