It's big, it's a fun atmosphere with a lot of art on walls (when 1st walking in, my comment to self was Mexican version of Hard Rock), it's festive. Great for groups - couple large bday parties happening. You can get pretty much same experience at a North American chain a la Acapulco's or a nicer Chevy's, which is a disappointment after some hype in all the travel magazines. It's a few blocks off marina, so inconvenient for some maybe especially at night in a residential area. The food: fine, nothing remarkable. Walked past Peacocks on other side of marina afterwards - and that is a known high-end place in town, and the prices were pretty much the same - so...you can get better food at nicer places.
