Last October 2012 I enjoyed on two days walking the Marina, talkling to the locals, and those that came off the cruise ships. The shopping was good too.

I will be there in one week and will be making a repeat visit.

We came here to rent a boat to go to the Lovers beach and the arch. The arch is locally known as El Arco in the town of Cabo San Lucas. It is here that the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. This area is very famous and a must see if you are visiting Cabo.
There are lot of good restaurants at the marina and the shops to haggle so you can buy sometinig resonably.
We had lunch here at a local joint and bought few things. If any one wants Coffee, the starbucks is here too.

The boardwalk is so nice, so American like, yet, this is not the real Baja.. Wait and see, there's a lot more to see and do. The best of Cabo it's not in the tourist-drink-food wild thing to do. Go and explore the see!

I liked going to the marina. We went nearly everyday we were in Los Cabos. What I didn't
Like was every 5 ft you had to constantly reply to someone no I don't want to go fishing, no I don't want to rent a boat...etc.. But I understand they are trying to make a living. We did rent a boat from one marina boater and he took us out to see the whales. It was great!!!! He said 99% we would see some, the other 1% is up to the whales!..Lol. He also dropped us off (at our request) at lovers beach and picked us up at the agreed time. To the exact minute he was there for us. ..his name was Jeffery.

It's fun to walk around, shop, barter at the Marina. We hired a boat to take us out to the arch and Lover's Beach. Great trip.
