We had a great time on our Pez Gato snorkeling tour. The staff we had was very friendly, and made sure our hands always had drinks in them. We stopped by the Arch (just like every other boat in Cabo) for pictures, then headed out to Santa Maria Bay for snorkeling. We were in the water for about an hour. Other than getting stung by a jellyfish (not the staff's fault...), it was a beautiful day, and there are lots of fish to see in the bay. Lunch back on board was fruit, deli sandwiches, and chips. While simple, the sandwiches were pretty tasty. We had a great time cruising back in to the harbor, dancing out on the trampolines with the staff. Definitely the best boat tour of the 4 we went on during our vacation.

We went on our snorkeling cruise on 6/7/13, and the cruise itself was awesome. However, one of the crew members, Andres, was extremely unprofessional. He took to a female passenger and throughout the entire cruise, made every opportunity to flirt with her and touch her, despite cleary having a wedding ring on. Mid-cruise, he ditched the ring and proceeded to make a date with her for the next day. The cruise ended with the two of them kissing. Now, while he is definitely a pig for being married and touching, kissing and arranging a rendezvous with a woman other than his wife, the fact that this went on while he should have been doing his job is unprofessional. He is a poor representative of the company that worked so hard to put on an enjoyable experience for their customers.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write to us about your recent experience on our snorkel tour. We have spoken to the crew in regards to this situation last week. The woman in question is a long time friend of the Pez Gato family and we all know her very well. Andres did tell us that yes, he was talking with her and yes, he did put sunscreen on her but him and all the crew members said there no physical contact beyond that. Again, we appreciate your comments and we take them very seriously. Our crew knows that in future, they must be extra careful to demostrate approriate behavior. We hope to have your family with us again.

For those who have never been on a catamaran sailing trip, this might have seemed fun, but in comparison to the 50+ snorkel trips like this my husband and I have taken, this was the very worst. The boat was fine, the weather and scenery beautiful, the water too cloudy to snorkel, and, yes, the drinks were flowing, but this review is primarily about the staff. Generally on a snorkel trip the staff is fun. Two of them hardly smiled the entire trip. A third was alright, not great, but ok. If you haven't been on a trip with a fun crew, you won't know the difference. I am sure this company must have more than three crew members, so it may have just been the combination of sour apples we got, but I strongly recommend choosing a company with both beautiful scenery and a great staff!

My friend and I booked the Pez Gato for our snorkeling trip out of Cabo San Lucas. They kept bringing us drinks the whole time, they took us by the Cabo Arch for pictures, we saw a pod of wild dolphins on our way to Playa Santa Maria, snorkeled for a good 30 minutes (the water was a little chilly!), had a good lunch, and saw a sea turtle on the way back to the marina.

They played good music, were very friendly, and I would definitely recommend them. We had a fabulous time!!

I have never been on a catamaran before this trip and I cant wait to do it again. If was very relaxing. Good lunch and crew, though I wished we knew where the life jackets and emergency procedures would have been explained. Got to drink on the way back. Would highly recommend.

We are happy that you had a good time on the Pez Gato. Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us in regards to the safety equipment. All of our boats are Coast Guard approved and have life jackets onboard. Before each tour, a safety briefing is played. We will make sure in the future that our crew points out where the jackets are located. Thanks again for the suggestion. See you onboard next time!
