The sunset dinner cruise was the best time we had on our trip. My kids ages 5 and 7 absolutely loved the show. They were able to dance and interact with the "pirates". The food was not too bad and they kept the drinks coming. My family and I enjoyed our time and the show that they put on was so much fun! Definitely will be returning when we go back to Cabo in a few months!

We have been to Cabo several times and this time we promised to do the Pirate cruise on board the Mighty Buccaneer. We were not disappointed At all. In fact it was an amazing adventure for everyone with lots of pirate activities for the whole family as well as great food. The Captain started the adventure with everyone repeating the pirates promise which was a great laugh. We were served corncob on a stick before we left dock to whet our appetites and then We got into the story of the treasure of the Sea of Cortez. Entertainment came from all around us with pirates coming out of the valley as well as swinging down from the mast. Sword fights (excellent) and pirates fighting wore us out watching. Thinking it was over we were quickly captured by the fire show ( I will leave that to your imagination) and finally everyone received some treasure. The dinner was excellent and served by some of the pirates.
This is by far the best pirate show with the captain keeping the crew on the move and entertaining the audience. I would highly recommend this as it was well worth the cost and professionally executed. Great for the whole family.

Family had a great time. Not a booze cruise. Definitely good for all ages. Good audience participation. Good food. More than worth the price of admission.

We went for the dinner cruise - it was a lot of fun. They were great with my 9 year old son - he told me afterwards he felt like he was someone important there with all the attention he got!
There are cushions around the outer sides of the boat where you sit but I didn’t feel too crowded.
They bring the food to you -and it was supisingly good.
They come around to you to get drunk orders - it’s a little chaotic but they do a good job getting to everyone. The show was a lot of fun as well!
Recommend it!

We intended to go snorkeling but, a HUGE storm from the night before made the water murky, rough and dirty. We sailed around for 3 hours and they started serving alcohol right away. Life Pro Tip...this is a marathon, not a sprint. The people who started doing shots and shot gunning drinks found them coming back up after we hit some big swells. They were taxied off the boat. The food was very good. Chicken and beef burritos with Pico De. Gallo, fruit and pasta. The service was great and the atmosphere was definitely PARTY!!!! It was fun to watch and made it very entertaining. I would recommend. Not so much a family cruise as they say....

Our grandkids love this trip. We've done it twice. Entertaining on the cruise & fun snorkeling. This is not snorkeling in clear Caribbean waters, but with enough fish food, there's plenty for beginners & kids to enjoy. Food is good & service is great. All you can drink within reason.

I was expecting simple food that was so-so BUT the food was very good! Pork Lon, pork ribs, and chicken were served. Veggies and mashed potatoes complimented the meats. The appetizer was a corn cob with trimmings to season it. The youth and energy of the performers made the show more entertainer than I expected. Definitely worth signing up for this adventure!

My family recently went on this pirate show dinner, and it was an experience we will never forget. Because it was so unpleasant. It was pretty bad.

The show was not particularly bad, and the food was edible, but one thing completely ruined our experience: they packed way too many people onto the boat. We had about 130 on this boat.

There was absolutely not enough seats. A lot of people had to sit on places there were not made to be sat. My family sat at somewhere in the middle that made it very hard for us to see the show. My husband had multiple drinks spilled on him. The photographer who took pics of groups completely ignored my family. And although the food was actually not bad. Having to hold onto our drinks and food and plates and utensils at the same time, and fight for space, made us feel like we were on a refugee boat.

There was also a very bad wasps problem. At one time hundreds of wasps were on us. Someone got stunk. But I understand it was out of the pirates’ control.

Because the tour was overbooked, drinks took forever.

I believe this show is for kids 6 and under, or adults who have been drinking. I strongly believe if the ship wasn’t that overly crowded, everything would have been much better.

If you have a choice, try to avoid Saturday.

Dear Ckod
The capacity of our boat is 95 passengers. We only operate at 90% of our capacity as a maximum to ensure that every guest has a space, can enjoy the show and can eat without sitting on top of each other.

The food is served individually to avoid buffet lines.

We recommend all guests share there spaces, make new friends and most guests are constantly moving around, seeing sites, at the bar, with the captain, downstairs, sitting and eating . It's an active tour and rarely does anyone stay in one place, especially the kids
