Let's face it Cabo has many restaurants and also many reviews. On our 4 trips to Cabo a year we always try a few new restaurants. In November waiter Jimbo asked us to try it out and we did as it is just down from Playa Grande and Grand Solmar. Loved it - the blackened sea bass was great, best fish preparation I've had in all of Cabo. Christmas trip now with our family of six and we had a freshly caught dorado from that day of fishing. I suggested we head over to Taverna as I knew they would welcome us and offer great choices in preparing our fish. Everyone agreed so we went. Jimbo greeted us and said how about we prepare it six ways and we serve it family style. Well all I can say is wow!!! Everyone raved about it. THE BEST EXPERIENCE!
Looking for a nice location without feeling rushed, personal attention and an owner chef Gusto that REALLY cares then don't miss out on this gem. They're building their business in a very competitive environment so if it's not crowded don't let that scare you off. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
