You can't beat the prices of these guys in CSL. Everytime we come to CSL we come here for breakfast atleast twice. The prices are VERY affordable, and the food is top quality.

For those of you that buy the vouchers for this restaurant, they are taking the vouchers for breakfast now. Before it was only lunch and dinner.
I came back with $$ leftover in vouchers, which I will use in my next trip to CSL. Guaranteed.

Baja Peppers is beloved by locals, who appreciate the healthy portions and affordable prices. The $4 breakfast is the best deal in town, with 3 eggs any way you like them, potatoes, bacon, fresh fruit, beans, and toast. The eggs benedict are also first-class, as are the burgers and club sandwiches. The restaurant is also known for its gourmet pizzas.

We visited Baja Peppers in November and it was the best meal of our trip. We were excited to go back in May and already knew what we wanted to order. Unfortunately, they changed the menu just that week and dinner is mostly now family style where you order one thing that is shared by many at the table. They do still offer some single items. We ordered tri-tip and while the vegetable side dishes were excellent, the tri tip itself was undercooked and fatty. It's Mexico and you're on vacation so slow service doesn't usually bother us but the service was past what most would consider reasonable.

We also let the manager know that there was no soap in the bathroom to which he replied that it's the hotel's responsibility to keep the bathroom stocked and he can't do anything about it. Makes one wonder how/if the restaurant staff are washing their hands

We went to this gem because of the advertised low price breakfast but ate their four times since the food was great. They have the best breakfast around. The service was wonderful and the owner took time to sit and visit with us. We had the most awesome seafood omlette known to mankind. The meals came with fresh fruit and cubed potatoes and peppers. Don't miss this restaurant. It is worth the time walking to.
