Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Great Mexican wines, too. They just keep getting better! We had a delicious authentic dinner and will definitely go back again and again!

“Authentic Mexican”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

Had a lovely meal here recently with another couple. We all enjoyed the atmosphere; including the talented table side guitarist! My braised short rib and my fellow diner's pork shank were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Seemed to be very well suited to large groups as there were three the night we dined there. Management did a great job of separating the more intimate tables from the large groups to maximize everyone's experience.

“Authentic and a bit odd”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 30, 2012

This restuarant is on the outskirts near the turn off to Pueblo Bonita Resort and a car is recommended. Be ready for a huge menu and a slew of specials. It took me 1/2 hr to decide. Seafood, Mexican dishes from all regions, steaks, the biggest beef rib I've ever seen. The menu also includes huitlacoche ( a mold like a mushroom that forms on corn), grasshoppers, spiders and ants fied in various sauces and served with tortillas. If you are adventurous try the grasshoppers, very good and full of protien. Definitely not for the kids. Dessert was also very delicious.

“What a great find”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 25, 2012

This restaurant was recommend by some people we met at the resort we stayed at and we were very please with the choice. Right from the start and I mean the margaritas, the service, the food were top notch. The servers were attentive, but not overbearing. All our dinners were excellent. We were serenaded by an older gentleman and when he found out it was our annivesary sang us a special song, how quaint. They had a desert tray, but we opted for the Mexican coffee which they made right at the table, you have to try it, delicious! We have now found a must for our viists to Cabo.

“Great Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2012

Great experience with fantastic food. We had the Sopa tarasca followed by the Tacos locos de camaron and the trio of the Enchiladas. The only bummer was that we went there specifically for their Prehispanic Appetizers... Maguey Worms,
Ant eggs, and Grasshopers sadly they were not available. Bottom line is they have a lot of great food to choose from, plus, their margaritas were outstanding.
