The best thing about this motel is the location. You will find that it is a manageable walk to many places. Don't expect a lot for the price, but clean is one of them. The beds were too firm to be comfortable. The room had a sign that said coffee came with the room, but when we asked for coffee, it seemed that the desk representative didn't understand what we were requesting. Each room has its own hot water heater; it must be small, since water for a warm shower did not last long. Awesome Italian restaurant is next door.

This was our 1st trip to cabo and picked this hotel because of the location and reviews. We loved it. The people are wonderful here. We stayed in a suite the 1st 4 nights then moved to the penthouse the last 2.. We loved the penthouse but the stairs grew a bit tiresome for this girl. We will stay in the suite from now on. Everything is so close. The Marina is across the street to take a $3.00 boat ride to Medano beach. The only thing missing is a pool but we go to Mexico for the beaches and we were not dissapointed..Medano beach is a blast! The Italian place at the hotel is great to eat at. I got a lasangae and it was huge, everyone shares a plate. Mama the cat slept with us at night and she is very polite. She knows who the "cat people" are.lol..For a great value and location, this hotel is a great pick!

We had originally planned on staying at the Grand Mayan in San Jose Del Cabo. But soon realized how far it was from town and decided to book a couple nights at Siesta Suites. I'm sooo glad we did! We had an awesome time there, and it's a kind of experience you would never get at a huge resort. I myself love meeting locals and having a more humble experience when I travel, and that's exactly what we got at Siesta Suites. Alex, the owner, was so accommodating and such a friendly guy. They have a resident cat named Mamma, who was a sweetheart and slept with us every night. The crew at Salvatore's was wonderful, and we became friends with a few of the waiters, and they showed us around town.. showed us the best place to get tacos, the best and cheapest bars and just all around an awesome time. Our room was spacious and for the price was great! We loved it so much we decided to spend one extra night there! All around a wonderful place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Cabo, aren't into the big resorts and can handle a short walk or taxi to the beach. It was WELL worth it!

We stayed here for 2 nights before staying 7 nights at a resort hotel. This hotel is rated top here on tripadvisor and always cheap that is why we picked Siesta Suites. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Staff was polite. We snagged a deal! Free wireless wifi was a plus. Your room really is a suite with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Although it can use some upgrades it was a room. Had beautiful Mexican art, fully furnished and some chairs in front of ur room to sit and enjoy the air. It is a very cute small hotel located in a great location but still in the heart of Cabo. Close to all entertainment and restaurants. We had no problem with noise. I wouldn't stay longer past 3 or 4 days but if your on a budget and you need a few nights to lay over, this would be the spot. Pool is tiny never saw anyone in it but at least there's a pool. The hotel really is a charm. No bad experience here only trouble we had was the hotel is hard to find, make sure you bring exact directions if your driving there with your own transportation. Enjoy your stay. Everything you can basically walk to.

Room Tip: One bedroom Queen felt a little tight would have maybe got the Penthouse for more room or 2 Queen Be...

The location of this hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Everything you could want to do in Cabo was within a short walking distance. My boyfriend and I rented the penthouse suite, so we had the whole fifth floor to ourselves. It was a great size with a full kitchen and bedroom. The roof top deck was beautiful offering views of the city, mountains and the Marina during the day. The only downside was no ocean view. The staff was courteous and friendly, although not everyone spoke English.

A little side note... If you go to Cabo San Lucas go see Memo down at the marina he is in front of the Wyndham resort.

Room Tip: Choose the penthouse! you wont be disappointed.

This hotel offers clean, comfortable two room suites a stone's throw from the marina. Kitchen has full size frig and sink, microwave, and plates etc. Bedroom has a comfortable bed, small tv, and wooden armoire. Bathroom is nicely tiled and shower strength is great. There are many nice extras like free wifi, two furnished sun decks, front desk staff with recommendations and information, an amazing Italian restaurant on the premises and convenient location for shopping and nightlife. Our only criticism is that the pool mentioned in literature is actually a large fountain in the middle of the restaurant patio. Evidently you can sit in it and cool down until 4 . Then the dinner crowd begins to arrive and the fountain is activated. With beautiful beaches close by, this is not a huge sacrifice. We will stay here whenever we visit.

We just returned from 2 weeks at Siesta Suites. It's our 7th stay in 5 years. It's feels like a home away from home for us. We try and get the penthouse (book early) but have also stayed in the suites. Rooms are clean, well furnished and comfortable. Alex and Nancy are great hosts and always have suggestions on things to do. This year they helped us with the bus system for a day trip to Todos Santos. We love the location and that we can walk everywhere (marina, beach, downtown), no need for a rental car. There are many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotel is very laid back and the staff is very nice. We look forward to the next trip!

Room Tip: Penthouse is great for privacy and view. The suites on the 3rd floor are our next choice with shady...
