Just came back, we are a family of 4. Mom, Dad and two grown kids, 24yrs and 19yrs. We rented the Luxury Suite,WOW, it was well worth the extra $$. We had 1 King room w/Bathroom and 1 room with 2 Queen beds and a seperate bathroom. Living room and dining room with kitchen in between the two rooms.( No oven, just cooktop) We also had 3 balconies over looking the beach and the "Arch". We walked to downtown and ate at some great restaurants. Los Ajos, Romeo and Juliet, Ole-Ole, Crazy Lobster. All were terrific. Both the restaurants at the Blanco were terrific also. The pancake breakfast on the hotel menu was a bargin. Three pancakes, tons of fresh fruit slices and your choice of bacon, ham, sausage all for....are you ready? All for $5.50 usd, it was so big I had to give two of the pancakes to my 19yr old son. We will go back and stay there again, next time minus the kids! We felt very safe when we walked to town, very friendly people, most of whom spoke English. Loved the place, ENJOY!!!

This is a family oriented, extremely nice & clean, very nice suites also, but please get away from front desk clerks; we were amazed at the nasty attitude of the front desk staff all the way up to their front desk manager (huge bold fellow extremely rude) I have never encountered such hostile and rude treatment (check in Antoain & Angel) from a service provider as I experienced at this hotel.
When manager called he condoned the front desk staff's rude treatment.

Their restaurant staff are great, service oriented !!!!

We will go back, our kids love the beach (**)

Just back from our third stay at the Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, and once again, we were treated well by the courteous, gracious staff. The resort is small enough to keep the "yahooing" to a minimum and we very much appreciate this. The entire property is extremely well-maintained, very clean and comfortable. The two restaurants work hard to provide high quality meals, with elegant touches that can make the most mediocre food enjoyable. The Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos is a terrific place, with excellent staff, and easy access to anything you could ask for!

My husband & I just arrived home after a week at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco in Cabo. We cannot wait to go back! This was a last minute decision to go here since, originally we were scheduled to be in the carribean, but didn't know which way the hurricane was going, so we picked Cabo; and this hotel, with help from Trip Advisor.

Everyone who has something good to say about this resort was right!
Check-in was a breeze, and our room had more than we expected.
Plus when we checked out the bill was correct and matched up with all our reciepts, we were impressed by this considering the last time we were in Cabo and stayed at the Hacienda del Mar we were overcharged and the bill was wrong.

It was so easy and quick to walk downtown to shopping and bars. There are many ways to get downtown too! The resort was so clean and the staff worked very hard in keeping it spotless around the clock, no matter how tired some of them looked, they still could muster a smile.
My husband and I are trying to learn Spanish and everyone was extermely helpful when we made the attempt to converse.

The pool was really pretty, we loved hanging out there especially because the food, drinks, and staff were terrific especially our waiter, Margarito! He was awesome. The only thing missing at the pool area was a swim up pool bar and some festive Mexican music! That would have made it more than perfect.

The only bad thing I have to say is that there are timeshare "vultures" everywhere which, I guess, you have to get used to. You almost have to plan to go to a timeshare presentation and say no in the beginning so you don't feel guilty when you say no in the end when they finish babbling and offering things that are too good to be true.

We were talked into a timeshare presentation at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and this resort was absolutely devine. It would be nice to stay there , but it is really far out of the way and the taxi rides into the city would be outrageous from there. At the Bonito Blanco, there is a lot of activity and you can walk to downtown from the beach and lots of excellent restuarants to choose from within walking distance!

Highly recommended!!!

Our vacation at Pueblo Bonito Blanco Los Cabos was the worst vacation we have ever experienced! It all started from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. When we arrived we were presented with a welcome package that turned into a high-pressured invitation to a time-share presentation. The beach was nice but because of the constant nuisance of vendors trying to sell you junk, you couldn't relax. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and very expensive. The walk into town was not safe. You can either get there by walking around the marina and getting stopped by a couple of hoodlums or you can walk the smelly dirt roads with no sidewalks and a minimum amount of streetlights. There was just no good way to get there. You can take a taxi, but it'll cost you around $6.00 each way. It was cheaper to eat in town but you are also vulnerable to sickness. When you eat in town, try not to get sick. DO NOT EAT UNCOOKED VEGETABLES OR ORDER DRINKS WITH ICE. We ate at a well known U.S. restaurant in town the second night of our vacation and a friend of mine got really sick. It didn't hit him until 2am that night. An hour later his symptoms were worsening, we had to call the doctor. Although the hotel noted they have a doctor on call 24 hours, the concierge wasn't able to get in touch with him until 7am that morning. We ended up taking him to the hospital nearby and I'll tell you that being at that hospital wasn't what you would experience in the U.S. Five hours at the hospital and we were ready to go home. Luckily, our airline was able to get us out of Mexico the following day. Lastly, when we were checking out, we noticed on our bill that we were being charged for a 2 hour phone call that occurred during the time we were at the hospital. Luckily, because it was an error made on their end they credited us for the cost of that call. The only nice things I can say about this hotel is that it was a beautiful hotel with well kept grounds and immaculate rooms and excellent maid service. We made made sure she was tipped very well when we left.
