We enjoyed our Stay at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco! The location is Awesome!! It's on Medano Beach where all the excitement & fun is happening. Walking distance (just minutes on foot) to downtown Cabo. Rooms are dated but clean. If I were to complain about anything in the room it would be to get bigger & more comfy beds, other than that we were pretty happy with our one bedroom unit with a lovely view. Enjoyed the Flamingos on the property, which were near our room. Not sure if I would do the all inclusive next time...jury is still out on that. We only had one dinner on the property as we liked to try out the restaurants we heard about from other travelers. We did however enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning overlooking Medano Beach at the PB Rose breakfast buffet. One other suggestion I would have is for Blanco to have a coffee pot available with fresh coffee for those early birds who like to get up & enjoy the sunrise every morning. Those of us that liked doing that had to go over to Rose` to find a cup of coffee. It would be nice for Blanco to offer this same service. If Blanco does this already I apologize as I never realized it or found it. PB Blanco has great Beach appeal & one of the lovelier looking resorts on that stretch of Beach. I didn't find the service at the pool to be all that great, it was hit & miss, depended on who the waiter was that day. Overall it was a lovely stay & great location on Medano Beach. If you are looking for a lively resort with lots of excitement & entertainment this is not the resort for you. It's a quieter more relaxed setting. But you are literally just steps away from all the excitement at "The Mango Deck" & "The Office".

Room Tip: Our room was fairly quiet with the exception of the room above us. Floors are not sound proof &...

This trip to Cabo we wanted something close to the marina and downtown to enjoy more of the local flare. The location of this hotel was awesome -- literally steps away from Mango Deck and The Office, and downtown, however, the resort itself was sort of dull. There are only two bars and neither are easily accessible. No swim-up bar (our fault for not noticing earlier) and the pool is pretty small. This resort is perfect for small/young families and couples looking for a more relaxed experience versus a more social/fun experience. We'd get home from being out at 10 or 11 and the place would be dark and dead. However, the flamingos were always awake!

The food was good, service was decent and the rooms were clean. Thumbs up there. If you want a poolside lounge chair, get up at 5 am and reserve it. Otherwise, you'll be out of luck.

Oh, but I must tell you to not agree to the time-share presentation. We escaped after 3 hours and did it for the free food/drink vouchers but looking back it was a wreck! Don't do it. They are overly aggressive and condescending. Our group was made up of two sales guys so we get the gist of the whole process but the attitude and not listening was just terrible. We were interested in the product they were selling but didn't want to decide at that moment. It eventually turned into us getting up and leaving before they were finished pitching us the latest deal or "savings." Save yourself the grief and just say no.

Room Tip: We had a first floor room by the flamingo deck. It was loud at times but we enjoyed them. It was clo...

All inclusive means you get the worst service in the world. Staff is totally rude and acts like you are bothering them. It took over an hour to get two beers while at the pool. Food is marginal to poor.
The rooms are old. The beds suck. Pillows are even worse...
Pool is awful and tiny and there is no swim up bar.
They claimed you get "free" internet in your room but it's not true and they have a tiny cafe by the lobby which is the only place it is free.
The only positive is the hotel is on the beach.
I am not kidding about the staff. So rude it is ridiculous. So many other choices in Cabo. Been here 10+ times. Worst hotel we've stayed at. If you want a fun and relaxing vacation and to be treated by great service this is not the place. So disapointed.

Room Tip: go somewhere else

Room was clean and comfortable, but everything else pretty much sucked. Bar/poolside staff was indifferent, rude, and slow. Food was bad. Beer was warm. Family oriented with basically one big kiddy pool. Flamingos were pretty cool but noisy a fk at 5:30 am. What can I say my first choice was booked. Never again.

Just returned from the lovely Sea of Cortez's Los Medano Beach. The Pueblo Bonito Blanco sits right in the perfect spot where the swimming is excellent, the hotel's palapas and beach chairs are welcoming, the friendly staff attends to your every thirst or hunger pang, the views of the tip of Baja are spectacular, the town is nearby, and long walks feel safe. Our junior suite had a fabulous view of the ocean and was so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated in traditional tile. We had a lovely balcony to admire the scenery and a separate kitchen area and sitting room. The bathroom has lovely amenities and great plumbing!
Everyone speaks English so don't worry if your Spanish is lacking.
Wait until you see the lovely huge pool! They clean the blue tiled pool every morning and is kept at the perfect temperature. You will have lots of room to swim long laps or meander around the graceful design.
Feeling hungry and thirsty with all the beach and pool activities? Wait until you try the PB's delicious meals served in open air dining rooms facing the beach! All meals, snacks and drinks are included in the package. Everything is truly sumptuous and high quality. Their selection of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables as well as everything else on their extensive menus is amazing! You can enjoy the breakfast buffet or order off the menu or both! Lunch offers tuna tostadas or guacamole and quesadillas, fish tacos, salads, and anything else you want. Dinner is served under the rising moon or at sunset and you will enjoy the local tastes of Cabo. If you want to reminiscence about old Cabo with a super friendly waiter, ask for Raul, and then contain yourself while he flambes dessert! The bartenders mix up pina coladas, margaritas and anything else you could possibly desire at any hour of the day or night.
The hotel has its own water filtration system so you don't have to worry about eating or drinking anything.
You will be wise to book the shuttle from the airport and back when making your hotel reservations. Try to minimize the contact you have with the vendors at the airport.
When we returned from Cabo, we took out our honeymoon photos from 30 years ago and were flooded with memories of the same beach. If you missed being there when the airport was a quonset hut, the roads were dirt, the fish cannery still operated, only one hotel was on the beach, and Baja was relatively peaceful except for you and the whales, you may feel a bit overwhelmed. But if you wait another 30 years to go, who knows what you may have missed by not going today?
Bring your sunscreen, a hat and let the Pueblo Bonito take care of everything else!

Room Tip: think that all the rooms have an ocean view and balcony, but ask anyway. The upper floors have fabul...

We are always so glad to be back "home" at Blanco. There are so many employees that are so wonderful. Antonio Caldoron the Bell Man is always has such a happy smile and helpful attitude. Henoc at the Front Desk is wonderful and so helpful always. Margarito at the pool service is always smiling and such a hard worker to give good service. Luis at the Front desk is such an asset to the speedy and helpful check in process and any other needs throughout the entire stay. Maribel the housekeeper is such a wonderful person and knows how to keep our room just how we like it! We love the feeling of being part of a "family" when we stay here.

While this is an older resort with a smaller pool, it is right on a great swimming beach, and less than a mile walk to town. Service is great, especially the Concierge Erika, even though food is only average. Pueblo Bonito owns four resorts in Cabo, and they provide free shuttle to each of them, allowing you to get four experiences, and some if them have 7-8 pools!!!!
