We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco this past weekend for a Bachelorette party and couldn't have asked for better service from the front desk, especially from Yair. He went out of his way to make us feel special and provided us with the best room ever! Our entire stay was elevated because of Yair and we will never forget our time at the hotel and in Cabo. The restaurant and pool servers were always attentive and friendly to our group. Oswaldo at Cilantro's was excellent as well! Thank you thank you thank you!!

We just came back from Cabo San Lucas. We stayed in Pueblo Bonito Blanco. This was our second time there. We had a birthday dinner for my husband at the Mare Norstrom in the Rose and the very lovely guy Jose Cuberto made my husbands birthday very special. He surprised him with a delicious piece of cake with a candle and nice decorations on the plate. They all sang '' Happy Birthday''. We will definitely be back soon. The best waiters for breakfast are Samuel and Ulises. We are very glad to meet these wonderful people, who made our stay very pleasurable. We hope that when we come back some time soon that they will be there.
What about Pueblo Bonito Blanco? For my husbands birthday we had a surprise in the hotel room. The housekeeper put blue glass beads on our bed... ''Happy Birthday!'' Mr........
That was really surprise for him.
What about waiters in Blanco? The best waiter there is Freddy Sanchez. Anything you can ask him - he will do it for you, no problem...he's great. The food was very good. Service was excellent. We saw the Mexican Fiesta and the Michael Jackson shows and they were great. It was very hard to leave this wonderful place. We will definitely be back soon!!

This was our first time in Cabo San Lucas and we will definitely be coming back to stay at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco. The transportation between the airport and hotel isn't complimentary, but it isn't expensive. It was something close to $22 USD each way per person for a shuttle. We arrived a few hours before checkout and they let us check into our rooms anyways. We had the all inclusive package. I would recommend the all inclusive if you plan on drinking a lot or not leaving the resort grounds very much. It is possible, however, to not have the all inclusive and still have a relatively inexpensive vacation. There is a costco, sam's club, and walmart all within a short taxi ride. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is about a 10-15 minute walk from the resort and there were many restaurants in which to eat. The rooms weren't luxurious by any means, but they were adequate. The tv's were kind of old, but other than that no complaints. There are great views of the water, beach, and pool area. The hotel is right on Medano Beach and it is wonderful. There are waiters to bring you food and drink while laying on the beach. There are many activities in terms of water sports that are available on the beach. My suggestion is to book the jet skis, boat rides, etc. through the kiosks on the beach instead of the hotel because the kiosks are generally cheaper and you are able to barter on price. There is complimentary wifi at the hotel. There is wifi in the pool area and most of the time, that wifi extends to the beach. I had it in our room, but only because our room was in close proximity to the pool. They also offer free wifi at the deli at the front of the hotel and it is much faster. The pool wifi is only strong enough to send imessages. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant wise, there are two restaurants at blanco which are so so and there are two restaurants at the Rose which is next door that are included in the all inclusive that are better. Towels are offered at no charge, but if you don't turn them in, you're charged $25 per towel at check out. They are going to offer you half off of select activities and a spa credit if you go see a presentation at another resort to purchase a timeshare. It lasts 2-4 hours and is incredibly boring, but it will save you a couple hundred dollars on activities. We did the zipline excursion and absolutely loved it. I would totally recommend it to everyone. We completely loved our stay at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco and will definitely be returning to this resort.

Room Tip: The junior suites are nice, but do not have separate living quarters from the living room while the...

enjoyed stay. took our 5mo old, they were very accomodating.

pros:
1. can take your own foodand drinks to beach. had our own cooler, no telling how much we saved on drinks and snacks.
2. right on beach. its 2 minutes from door to sand.
3. can swim at medano beach.
4. lots of restaurants close by.
5. 10 min walk to marina.
6. decent gym, but small.

cons:
1. can hear neighbors; rooms a little loud.
2. need to get up early for beach chairs. if you're not there (or someone in your group) by 7:30 am at latest, you're not getting good chairs.

way more pros than cons. fact that you can take your own food and bev to beach is really awesome.

solid to nice family spot. not super luxury, but also has a more relaxed vibe.

i would definitely come back.

We travelled with our 3 kids and had the time of our lives because the front desk staff were so helpful! Hennick and Yssil made the difference because everyday they gave us tips on what to do and also gave us the best room in the resort in our opinion(room 101). Can't thank them enough!!!!

We booked 9 days at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos for our one year wedding anniversary. We booked the Los Cabos because of the sea view rooms. When we went to check in, we were told we were being moved to Rose (right next door) to a “wonderful” room. Well when we got to the room there was no sea view. Normally we wouldn’t mind, as the room at the Rose was actually quite nice, but we both went into this vacation expecting a sea view and we weren’t going to let them take that from us. We picked up our bags and went right back down to the desk to get another room. The lady at Rose was very nice and asked if we were sure we got a sea view as most of the rooms at the Rose have pool views. We proceeded to take out our confirmation which clearly states the Sea view. Long story short, two days later, we moved back to Los Cabos to a wonderful room with probably one of the best views in the hotel. The hotel was great, location perfect, and we will most likely come again, but, PLEASE make sure they give you what you pay for. We really got the feeling they were out to nickel and dime everyone. In addition, despite being on vacation it really pisses people off when you don’t have free Wi-Fi. Yes, this isn’t a life changing problem but “free” makes a huge difference.
