The staff at this hotel is fabulous. We have been bringing our family of between 16 and 24 to this resort for the past 7 years for Thanksgiving week. From the minute we arrive, Antonio, Frankie, Ozkar, and Arturo greet us with enthusiasm and service our every need for the entire week. At the front desk we have had excellent service also. Our reservation for 6 to 7 rooms, was handled by Henoc very quickly and our family was kept together in rooms with geat views. Yenny at the front desk helped us with any request that we had during the week.

This hotel sets the standard for hotel maintenance. The rooms are always clean and anything you need is just a phone call away.

The hotel is located within walking distance to great restaurants. We particularly like Los Tres Gallos, La Dolce, the Medano Beach Club and the restaurant at the Hacienda Resort.

There is free internet in the internet lounge. It has just been added and is very nice. The internet is not accessable in your room unless you pay for it.

As far a our family is concerned, there is no better location in Cabo.

Our recent experience at this resort left us wondering what is going on? The all inclusive dinner was the worst meal we have ever had in Mexico. The beef was 50% fat and the shrimp were like eating sun dried jerky.
Other than the inclusive feature the staff is wonderful, Antonio is our favorite bellman, always helpful and smiling. The poolside restaurant serves very good food and drink in a timely fashion.
Great location on Medino Beach.

We were lucky enough to do the all inclusive experience! Do It! It's 100 a day for all you can eat and drink and they treat you like royalty. If your nice and respectful to the staff just like in America they will make your drinks stiff and they'll keep them coming and remember to tip you cheapos these are hard working people trying to support their family on nothing wages! The staff (when they weren't trying to sell you everything and the kitchen sink) mostly the wait staff the lobby staff and the activities staff were hands down amazing. Food was absolutely amazing with lots of verity.
The rooms were ok kind of old school for me but your in paradise your not supposed to be in your room . The beds were average.
The only negative thing I would bring up is the wi-fi. They charge a ridiculous amount for wi-fi that didn't even work but they did provide a free wi-fi room but god forbid if several people were trying to use it (which there always was because no one wanted to pay the ridiculous fee a day per device!!!!!)

I can't say enough about the actives coordinator Donnie! He literally gave me the shirt off his back. He is an amazing volleyball player and got everyone involved! He really went out of his way to make me feel welcome and showed me an awesome time. My experience wouldn't of been even close to what it was with out him!!!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this resort. While there, I took advantage of some of the activities at the pool, specifically learning Spanish. Donnie was outstanding and did a great job helping me learn the language. He was welcoming and worked hard to make sure all the guests were having a good time on their vacation. The resort is older, but they do a good job maintaining it. The view is spectacular and the location right on the beach and close to town is perfect.

This one's a toughie. Pueblo Bonito Blanco, as it is also called, is a beautiful resort on-the-beach with all ocean (Gulf of Baja actually) view rooms, Jr Suites and One-bedroom units and is an easy 10-minute walk to downtown. Large pool, lots of lounge space, open air bar and lots of activities. And a nearly full kitchen (see below). Thats the good.

The bad is that the prices for everything have gone thru the roof. The buffet breakfast for two was nearly $40 and was average at best. Lots of selections for sure but the cooked items were average. Internet was a disaster and a real turn-off.

They "offer" WiFi but it is the worst WiFi I've ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. It was not the $65 for five days access that got me but the slower than dial-up speed access it provided. So slow in fact that much more than half the time it would "time out" before downloading one web page. Then the real shocker or rather "The Big Screw". I signed up on my iPhone to get email. Then later went online with my iPad to catch. weather and news and some ESPN. But the WiFi asked me to sign in or so I thought. Turned out they were charging me $65 for 5 days for EACH device we were going to use. Not on your life! Not even in Las Vegas and their infamous "Resort Fee" do they try that scam. Oh, and their TV's are 15 year old Tube types showing only lo-res analog video.

The Ugly is everyone it seems wants to sell you something, all the time, everywhere you go: a time share, a fishing trip, sightseeing, or souvenirs. Down at the Marina restaurants line all sides, and many are very good. But the Carnival like hawkers that accost you as you walk around are relentless at pestering you to come to their place. Before one is done with his pitch the next one has already begun hi pitch on you. And you can't walk fast enough to get through it. When we finally did pick one, dinner with one cocktail and one glass of wine each was $105! And that was at lunch!

When we last went to Blanco 10-years ago, we loved everything about the place for relaxing, swimming, walking the beach. We are grandparents with grandkids and love everyone of them But going on holiday we treasure peace and quiet and relaxing. There were a lot of really cute kids now, squealing, yelling, having a great time, from mid-morning until happy hour, which BTW they do not have anymore.

Pueblo Bonito Blanco is great for those who don't want WiFi very much, who like every kind of activity available sunrise to sunset and have the budget for $150-$200 a day for meals and average mixed drink prices of $7-$10. Two different bartenders told us that Cabo is now the most expensive resort in all of Mexico. Sad too as we used to love coming down from California.

Room Tip: The Jr Suites on the north side all have great views and offer nearly a full kitchen with microwave...

Thank you very much for these comments. I would like to mention that prices are according to the market, based on a study, we regret that our reviewer’s perception is of high prices. The wifi is an outside company that provides the service, we will pass your comments to them to improve. Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos has a staff that cares about the service and attention to all of our guests and our philosophy is to satisfy all their needs.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we look forward to welcome you anytime in the future.

The Pueblo Bonito Blanco is a smaller property located on the Sea of Cortez. All rooms have an ocean view, the number of rooms are limited and it has the feel of a smaller resort where the staff knows your name and they take care of your familys needs. From the moment we checked in to the resort Henoc and his team were immediately attentive. The meals by the pool were very good and drinks were reasonably priced. I highly recomend the Blanco for value, service and price.

Room Tip: The hotels in the middle of the property look right out into the occean, the two bedroom suites on t...
