Our family was in Cabo for the week and I was looking for something fun and different for my cousins, aunt and my son! I loved everything about the cooking class. Issi's family is wondering and so welcoming. We enjoyed fabulous margaritas with a hibiscus flavor, great salsa and of course amazing meat dishes. Our visit to the spice market, produce market and meat market were very informative. Thank you Issi and your family for a wonderful experience!

What a fabulous time!! Chef Izzy and his entire family were inviting and educational! I was so much fun! I can’t wait to do it again!

This cooking class exceeded all of my expectations. Issi was so accommodating, helpful, funny, and an excellent teacher. We made margaritas (the best margarita I've ever had), guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, tortillas, tamales, beans, queso fundido, and paella. We began the class by going to a fish market to get the seafood for the paella. He then took us to a bakery and a produce market. Once we had all of our ingredients, he took us back to his home and showed us how to make the perfect margarita (and left the ingredients out for you to make more as you go!). I have a gluten allergy, and he made sure to make modifications so everything was safe for me. I consider myself to be pretty good in the kitchen, but I learned so much from this class. Afterward, he took us to a tequila tasting. Highly recommend! Highlight of our trip.
