Went to Pancho's with a group of four. We all ordered fish of various kinds except my partner. She had a salad with grilled shrimp. The food all looked, smelled and tasted very good. I had the whole red snapper, and it was very simply prepared (grilled) and nicely cooked (ie. not overcooked at all.). Cost was around $20 USD for the snapper - certainly not the most expensive in Cabo, but not the best value either.
My partner's salad was quite good. Full of raw veggies, but no tummy issues later on! That is a good sign they likely use filtered water to clean and prepare the veggies and fruit. YMMV.
The atmosphere inside Pancho's is vibrant, noisy, and fun. Fine by me.
