For 6 adults and 3 kids, this was the group's favorite place. The chips and salsa and great, but make sure you get the chicken tortilla soup. It is chicken and tomato based and chock full of veggies. It is simply the best I ever had, and two others at the table agreed.
The mariachi band was fun, make sure you bring in a request and slip them a couple dollars when they are done.
there is a small room with air conditioning if you get there early enough. Also, we found street parking near by quite easily.
