We chose Pancho's to host a welcome dinner in late May 2013 for 80 wedding guests attending our son's wedding in Cabo. What a fortuitous choice! Norma helped us beforehand with menu selection and made sure every detail was perfect.. Her son, David, was in charge that night, and couldn't have been nicer or more capable. The food was excellent, and the bride's dad, who spends alot of time in Mexico, said the mole was the best he'd ever tasted. Tortillas were made on site of course, and the tequila selection is the largest, perhaps, in all of Mexico. Salads, the fish with citrus sauce, even the flan and tres leche cake were delicious. There was no need to provide any decorations as the decor already shouts "party time"--bright cut-out banners, colorful painted chairs, woven multicolored tablecloths and a mariachi trio to seranade us. All in all, a night we will never forget. And as we were leaving, one of the staff gave my husband a Patriots serape (we're from New England) as he was about to get in the taxi. What generous, kind people we had the fortune to meet! THANK YOU to all the staff at Pancho's.
