She is doing a classic Thanksgiving Feast for +/- 100 this year.
Her multi course offerings are varied and simply delicious (FD: I have never had her Southern fried chicken despite having lived in Dallas for 25 years, but that is her big attraction for many). Each Pechuga/breast weighs nearly 450 gm - that's a pound, and she throws in a leg as a Lagniappe.
Get's better, as she has charged a $50, (Peso) corkage fee "forever", not per bottle which she certainly should, but per table!! Insanity, but great for a group.
They publish an e-mail menu which, once you sign up, will be sent weekly and for the Holidays.
