Very good value. Very accommodating and helpful landlord. Distance to the jardin was fine but it was an uphill climb which could prove difficult for some people. Nothing was too far away and when a cab was needed it was not a problem to get one. Was a little noisy but we had expected that and came prepared. This was my third trip to SMA and I definitely would consider staying at this location again.

This townhouse was spotlessly clean and our unit had a lovely view from the top, overlooking the city. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owner had left us thoughtful extras like ice and flowers. The location is central and is about 8 minutes walk from the church and the central meeting place. The apartment was pretty quiet at night although I would still bring earplugs to mute the enthusiastic car stereos that roll by occasionally. Bring a hair dryer as there is not one available. There is, however, an iron. This place is a gem and we would go back again.

I am truly pleased with this property. After serving in Afghanistan for almost a year, I needed a vacation and a place to call home for a month. I was treated with a dozen of fresh roses and a 6 pack of cold beers upon my arrival. Everything is close and within walking distance. The staff is excellent! Thank you Salvador for a great living experience!

The apartment is as advertised with splendid views toward both 'el centro' and the sunset. The landlord and his staff are friendly and responsive. Our only caveat is that the house is on a main street which means it can be noisy. Lots of traffic and, every time there's a parade, it seems to come by the house. This is both entertaining and, in the early morning hours, very annoying. We recommend bringing earplugs. On the upside, you're only one block away from a huge market where you can buy very fresh food and just about anything else you could possibly need.
