My husband and I attended Kris' Thursday night cooking class and learned to make mole, chile rellanos, cactus salad and guacamole. Kris was fun to be with and very knowledgable about San Miguel, food preparation, and the local restaurant scene. We loved talking with her about everything from food to politics to San Miguel. Her kitchen is amazingly beautiful as was the patio we ate our prepared dinner and drank margaritas on. It was a very enjoyable evening and one I would recommend to couples or groups looking for a fun evening out learning about traditional Mexican food (and more!)
