Wonderful place to sit in the shade during the day and better in the evening with Parroquia all lit up and locals along with expats sitting around for conversation. What a place to people watch and be surprised by meeting interesting people!

Spend your evenings in the square! Between the beautiful church, strolling Mariachi, and food vendors it's always lively and fun.

One of my reasons for visiting this lovely City is El Jardin. Whenever you have had enough of your solitary wanderings, studies, thinking.... just stroll to the Jardin for a front seat and watch all the goings on. You never have to be bored, sad or lonely in San Miguel. Because there is ALWAYS the Jardin

What could be better than sipping a coffee, while sitting on park bench, watching friendly faces go by? That big old church isn't too hard to look at either. I'd rather do that then spend time looking at souvenirs any day.
