There is not to many options while in Barbaresco, but this is the real good choice if you want to avoid stars. Simple, but very good in all. Having seated need sometimes waiting too, but worth largely.
A real big wine list with fair prices to go on excellent Gaias or others and a local oriented menu with their carne crudo and the traditional vitello tonnato. While in white truffle season, try a tajarin with it, it beautiful. But you have to choose the truffle yourself. So you will be the only responsible for its quality too!
