Bobs is often packed, and their kitchen can be quite slow as a result if the bar area is full, since it serves food to both the bar and dining areas. Plan your time accordingly, especially on game nights, as ypu may have trouble being seated (or if seated, service might be slowwww). As in most of Beaver Creek, the service is good and quite friendly, and they warn you about nights where it will be slow. If you just want to have a laid back dinner with good food, however, this is a great choice.
The cuisine is basic American fare (burgers, chicken fried steak, etc) with some Mexican thrown in. You also have the usual assortment of bar appetitizers. If you come without the expectations of fine dining specials, you will actually find the food very good...and excellent value. We actually prefer the Mexican food here to the Mexican food at the large popular Mexican restaurant across the street!
