“Lovely long Weekend in North Norfolk”

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 dogs to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Absolutely loved the area there is so many lovely walks to go on with the dogs. Visited Brancaster Beach, Holkham Hall and Holkham beach and also Sandringham none of which are too far from from the cottage. There is a nice gastro pub just on the opposite side of the cottage which we had meals in every evening, it does get busy but there is a nice atmosphere and the food is good. The cottage is very cosy nice comfy settee to unwind on after a long day exploring. The small courtyard is a real sun trap in the afternoon. We didn't really use any cooking facilities apart from cooking a breakfast once during our stay so can't comment on the equipment available but there was plenty of crockery and glasses etc. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because we did find the road a bit busy and after living on a quiet cul de sac it wasn't something we are used to. I wouldn't let it put you off though.

“A great place, wonderful find, couldn't have been happier”

We booked to stay here for a long weekend just before Christmas and couldn't have been happier.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and bigger than we thought it would be . The kitchen has everything we needed for our stay and has a real country cottage feel. The lounge is amazing with all the mood lighting , log burning effect fire , and comfy sofa. A real cosy room after a day out at the coast . The main bedroom is big with a king size bed and the bathroom looks newly fitted with a bath and separate shower which was nice .

The location worked perfectly for us with The Crown pub just across the green which is a great lively food pub. We went a couple of nights as you can walk there and also the tea rooms next door which we visited for a late breakfast one day which was great . The beach of Brancaster which was our favourite was only 15 mins away as was Wells next the sea which we went to one day .

Tracy the owner made us very welcome and gave us loads of information prior to our arrival and checked all was ok whilst we were there .

A great find , at a good price . We will be back . Thank you
