“Fun, but .........”

This was an adventure that my Grandkids liked. The guides Jimmy and Joe were great host. Would highly recommend another attraction try to hire them. They made the trip. But, we are worried about the safety issues.

“Amazing Experience!!!”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

This was an amazing experience. Our guides, Julio and Edwardo, were very knowledgeable, fun, and made you feel safe at all times. We learned so much history while on this excursion and had a blast. We did the ultimate package with the dolphin swim and saved at least $75 a person doing the package through Hidden Worlds.

The zip lining was cool, the Coaster was extremely fun, and the cenotes almost took your breath away. We were with another family who said they had been to other centoes before and this was BY FAR the best.

This is a great place, with wonderful adventures and a must for any Akumal/Tulum stayer.

“A Unique and Memorable Experience”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

DO NOT FORGET TO BRING A HUGE BOTTLE OF BUG SPRAY. When you're bouncing and bumping through the woods on a "jungle buggy," wondering how the contraption could be legal even in Mexico, you will not be bothered by the mosquitos. Also, when you're snorkeling in caves and viewing under-water rock formations and blind cave fish, you will not be bothered by mosquitos. And when you're zip-lining through the jungle or biking above it or flying on a roller-coaster-like track into the cave, you will not be bothered by mosquitos. But during every other moment of your four-hour ultimate excursion, you will be bitten and bothered by mosquitos, some of which look more like horse flies. So DO NOT FORGET TO BRING A HUGE BOTTLE OF BUG SPRAY. I would also recommend that you wear water shoes and some kind of quick-dry fabric. I'd also recommend that guys swim with a quick-dry shirt on. The cave water is refreshing but cold, and it will remove all of the insect repellent on your body when you get out of the cave, so in addition to keeping you warmer while swimming, the shirt will help to keep mosquitos from bothering most of your body while you frantically reapply repellent after swimming. Bring a water-proof bag to keep your credit cards and cash dry because while there are free lockers to store dry clothes, towels, etc., they're not very secure and you won't feel comfortable leaving valuables in them. Each of the events is a lot of fun in one way or another. The cycling activity might be strenuous for some people, but the views are great. The coaster activity that propels you into the cave and the water was easily my favorite. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely concerned with helping to ensure safety. Be ready to tip them.

“Very fun authentic jungle experience”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

Went here just last week with a large group. We had a blast. It felt like a very authentic Jungle experience. The staff was very friendly and spoke some of the best English that we encountered on our trip. You start out by taking a 15 minute ride through the jungle. The road and vehicle are very primitive which added to the experience for us. The Aero cycle was serene and an awesome way to experience the jungle in an individual manner - very peaceful. The zip lines were very fun especially with the splashdown. Also really enjoyed the cenote swim / snorkel. Our guide (Julio) was very experienced and explained many fascinating things about the flora and fauna that surrounded us.

We had a personal photographer that accompanied us and the photos he got were amazing. Had a very good experience here and would definitely recommend to others.
