Hidden Worlds has given me wonderful memories. The friendly, fun loving guides cracked jokes and made all feel comfortable with their personal safety techniques. The adventures include several ziplines: Skycycle-over the trees and then through the caverns, Splashdown, and the roller coaster; then there is rappeling, snorkeling in the Cenote, and last but not least the ride on the Jungle Buggy. Highly recommend that you visit and enjoy Hidden Worlds!

Amazing cenote deep in a cave. We went on the one hour guided snorkeling tour of the cenotes.
Absolutely amazingly beautiful & magical. Our guide was great and very knowledgeable. Family friendly....they offer discounts for family groups.

“Well worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 27, 2013

We booked a combined tour of the ruins at Tulum along with an afternoon at Hidden Worlds. The price was reasonable by comparison with some of the other tours in the area, and included everything we were looking for in a day. Beginning with a ride into the jungle on what I can only describe as a unique vehicle, the afternoon included cenote swimming, ziplines, skycycles, the Avatar - a zipline rollercoaster, and rapelling into the caves (which we chose to forego in favour of another run on the Avatar). Zipline parks are common in the area, and this one provided some more interesting options, as well as a more adventurous, less theme-park feel. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the ubiquitous photo package was not as eye-wateringly expensive as in some of the other parks, and the setting was great. If you're in the area and feeling adventurous, this is worth a visit. Drinks are provided with lunch, but take some water as opportunities to purchase are few, take bug repellant, be prepared to get wet, and when the driver tells you to hang on, do it!

“they are a scam”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 22, 2013

My brother and I booked Ultimate Adventure+ Dolphin Discover tour about 6 weeks in advance and 4 days before we were due to do it they said it wasn't possible to do both parts of the tour, so we choose to do the dolphin discovery (run by another company and was great) but they didn't give a refund for the adventure section and will not respond to emails.
We had also booked transportation through them to both sections and they didn't even bother telling us we had to make a mad dash by taxi when the shuttle bus didnt arrive to take us to the dolphin discovery.

In summary:
They don't deliver what they promise
They have terrible communication skills
They steal your money.
