Playa Paraiso is a great way to to disengage and enjoy one of the top beaches in Mexico. The beach club has great lounges and umbrellas to rent, the food and drink service staff are attentive without being aggressive.

The beach is located close to the Tulum ruins so combined they make nice day out. However there is the seaweed issue in Tulum area and also this beach has big problems with it. They are clening it but it doesn't seem to help much and the piles on sand stink! I didn't really want to swim in the dirty water... Anyways the beah is beautiful!
On the beach you can stay for free under a palm tree but there aren't many of them. Sun chairs cost 100 pesos/person. Prices in restaurant were around 120-200 pesos/meal. Pastas and soups the cheapest and seafood more expensive.

Great beach - it was clean and it didn't have all the seaweed that most of the beaches had. Took a great swim there too. You rent the chairs for 200 pesos for 2 beach chairs, umbrella and a table for 4 to eat your meals. The drinks were good too. I was a fond of the food. it was pretty simple - I had shrimp tacos.

The service and food was ok, but the prices were much cheaper than other beach clubs in Tulum. We felt safe leaving our belongings on our chairs while swimming and the beach was pretty with calm surf so it was easy to take a relaxing swim
