We booked this tour prior coming to Mexico, and didn’t really know what to expect. We read great reviews, however, our experience far surpassed the reviews that we read.

First, let me start with how incredible our guides were. We had Caesar as our main guide, who met us at the front lobby and explained the whole trip to us. He was so personable, and instantly made it feel like we were just hanging out with another buddy for the day. Along with Caesar, we also had Charlie and Isaias as our guides. They were outstanding as well! They all joked around with us, but also showed so much professionalism, in ensuring that we were safe and that all of our needs were met.
The tour:
We ended up being the only two people on this tour, which was totally amazing! There were no lines and there was no waiting. Caesar, Charlie and Isais worked hard to really make this tour tailored to us, and what we wanted to get out of it. We got to go on 9 ziplines and some hanging bridges. On each zip line, the guys helped make each one more challenging by giving us fun things to try. However, they were always quick to ensure that they reminded us of how to safely use the equipment. This was the first time my friend had tried zip lining or rock climbing and they were so patient and encouraging with her. They would definitely be excellent with children as well.

We then got to do some rocking climbing and rappelling. Although the wall for both activities is not super high, it was still a fun activity. The rappelling was definitely fun, and the one that goes off the wall was a highlight for sure. The guys even let me go a second time (because obviously there was no line up).

We then went to the private cenotes on the property. First off, it was incredible to not have to share them with anyone else! The first one was half open and provided pristine clear water in a super relaxing and calm cave. Ceasar was super knowledgeable about the cenotes, shared many facts with us about the cenotes. The second Cenote that we went to was completely underground and was an incredible sight to see. It had many stalagmites for us to check out, and bats as well. Ceasar also shared a lot of information about this Cenote with us too. He brought a flashlight and just like at the last Cenote, we were able to snorkel in the Cenote and see all the rock formations.

Lastly, we had a meal provided for us. They had meat and veggitarian options for us. The meal was tacos and it was great!!

Overall, although the tour itself was great, it was the guides that truly made our experience incomparable to anything else we have done in Mexico so far. It truly felt like a day out with a couple of friends. We got to know so much more about Mexico and the language from them, and a lot about the jungle that we were in. They had so much patience with us and we never felt rushed in any way. Ceasar was amazing at teaching us things along the way, he cracked many jokes with us, and completely put us at ease. Charlie and Isaias were great at ensuring our safety, and taking some sweet pics along the way. These guys truly made our day, and ensured that this tour was a ten out of ten in our books. We were truly sad to say goodbye to them at the end of the trip. They even made sure that we made it back to our hostel safely.

We also got to meet the owner of the company, and he truly seemed to care about the quality of the tour that he was offering.

I highly recommend this tour to people of all ages. The activities are great for kids, couples and adults alike and the guides are out of this world.

We ended up being just a group of two for the afternoon session. Our guide was friendly Mayan guy who made the trip fun and got us to try some fun things on the zip lines.
After a short drive (5-10min) in a truck on a bumpy road we arrived at the base. We Hadnt ever been zip lining before but had a good time here. You make your way through the trees with birds and such and have some bridges along the way. They keep you hooked in so your safe the whole time.
They do have a small rock wall that you go up and then repel down the other side. Nothing too special/crazy.
Then we went to 2 cenotes. They provide snorkel gear and life vests. Very cool caves, lots of interesting rock formations and small fish and a few bats in the areas. The 2nd cenotes is totally underground and pretty big considering it was just me, my fiancé and the guide in there. They have a generator that lights up the cave and then you can float through and see the fish, beautiful water, cool rocks, more bats and everything down there.
They feed you afterwards back at the base. Tacos and rice with a drink. Plenty of food, and decent Mexican tacos.

All in all it was a great time and worth it for us, the guide was on point for sure. I don’t think I ever managed to get his name right but i think it was Nosario, or close to that. He was from a small village over by Coba.

I had a great couple of hours being toured around by Cesar. He has reasonable English and was a very very careful but fun guide. The Cenotes were spectacular - especially the covered one. This is a cave which is almost entirely covered. It was discovered by a local 10 years ago and since has been developed for tourism. In Canada this would be considered a national treasure. Half filled with fresh water that is part of a huge underground waterway you can swim among the stalagmites while marvelling at this most spectacular structure. Cesar took me zip lining (9 lines) then wall climbing (optional but not super difficult, then repelling and finally swimming in the cenotes. Don’t miss this amazing adventure into the jungle!

Thanks Cesar!

My friends and I went in a group of 5 to this tour. We loved every minute of it - there is so much ziplining and climbing and the tour guides are all very friendly and knowledgable. They do a great job of giving you a taste of what it is like to zipline, I had never done it before and was pretty nervous, but they have you climb over a bridge first with your harness to get you used to the equipment. Then they start adding on “challenges” like falling off backwards or going upside down. I never had so much fun! After a good amount of ziplining you go climbing up a rock wall and then rappelled back down (i think thisblart is optional as well.) After you climb back down they take you into town different Cenotes, give you a life jacket and a snorkeling mask and you can put your head underwater and see cave openings and some small fish. The water is unbelievably clear and cool, not too cold, just very refreshing and blue. The second Cenote, we went swimming through a cave with stalactites that came down to touch the water, it was magnificent. We went through the whole cave and it always felt safe, but such a new experience for me that I was in awe. Definitely go, all my friends and I loved it. Another plus is if you are nervous about the physical activity, keep in mind the tour groups are super small. We only had 8 people in our group so everything moved at a fast pace! Plus we had 5 vegans in our group and they were very accommodating of that as well. Definitely felt like we earned a lunch of tacos, rice and Coronas at the end. Five stars!
