We did three tours on our recent trip to Cancun and this was by far the best we did. Alfonso was amazing and made us feel very comfortable from the moment he picked us up at the Hotel lobby. He explained what we would be doing that day and we did exactly what he said we would. This tour is not for people who are afraid of heights or tight spaces. The tours are in very small groups, ours had six people in it. That makes it very personable and informative. We started with a trip to their facilities in Playa Del Carmen. There we dropped a couple people off and the other two people joined us to make our party of six. We had two tour guides one for my family of English speakers and one for the French Canadian couple who spoke French and English. They then took us to a jungle facility where we got ready to repel. Alfonso took time to explain everything and was always concerned with our safety. The tower was about 50 ft in the air thus the recommendation of not being afraid of heights. We then moved onto the Zip lines. They were very safe and I never felt like I or my family was in danger. They are also on towers ranging from 50 to 80 ft. above the ground. After the Zip Lines we changed into our swimming gear and were taken to a Cenote(underground cave with water in it) to swim. On our way Alfonso (Alf) explained how the Cenotes came to be and why they were important to the people in this area. We put on our snorkel gear and we went into the water. It was well lit and Alf made sure we were all safe at all times. He would also point out things of interest to us. This is a very confined space and if you have any problems with that then this is not a tour for you. The water is cold and space is tight but it was amazing. After that swim we were taken to the restaurant on the premises and feed a very good Chicken dinner with all the Mexican fixings you could want. The guides cleared the tables and we left for the last part of the tour. We went to a beach just a few miles away and did some more snorkeling, this time we got to see Sea turtles, All sorts of fish, Squid and even an Eagle Ray. The two guides always new where we were and made sure we got to see everything. This was by far the best tour we took this trip and mostly due to the tour guides. I would highly recommend to spend your money with this company and use them for all your tours. If the other tours they offered are as good as this one you cant go wrong with these guys.

I went on the cave exploration, followed by swimming at a small pond where we could jump off a tower or rope into the water, then had lunch and finally swam in the open ocean. We could not go out far enough to see turtles because the current was strong secondary to the recent rains but the trip was still fabulous. Lots of fish and a relaxed pace. This tour is worth the money but what really made it special was our tour guide Edmondo. He was absolutely fabulous,he was informative, funny and patient. I have never been on a tour where the guide/driver made the experience so wonderful. He was the absolute best!

We did the Xtreme Snorkel Adventure and our tour guide was Juan. The tour was amazing! we went to swim with the Turtles first which was a great expericance and Juan gave us the information about them and how we need to swim around them and seemed to genuinely care about the turtles. We then drove to the zip lining place that was amazing! and so was the repelling and water caves. There was locker uses at every location. Life vests and snorkel gear was all included. The buffet lunch was amazing great variety and tasty food. I would recommend this tour to anyone it was one of our best days on our trip. The tour guide was awesome. He was very helpful and patient and was great company. The tour if well worth the money!

About a 2 hr drive total to get to destination but completely worth every min! Our tour guide was Juan and I highly recommend him, if able to request do so! Best tour guide we've ever had! Very knowledgable, talks to you about the history and gives you fun facts! Plays a wide range of music and does a great job of involving everyone! First, we repelled, which gives you a true sense of accomplishment especially if you're afraid of heights. Secondly, we zip lined at 3 different height which was exhilarating and relaxing especially after the workout from all the climbing. Then, snorkeling in an underground cave also known as a "cenote" which was a dream experience straight from the travel channel. Followed by a delicious lunch where Juan served us drinks and made sure we all had enough to eat. After lunch we headed to turtle beach where we snorkeled and seen turtles, sting rays, the Caribbean squid mad schools of fish! Turtles being my favorite animal it was truly a dream come true and everlasting experience! All in all was an absolutely incredible and memorable experience! ...buy the disc with your pictures!!

We just had a great day with our amazing tour guide, Joaquin, snorkeling with sea turtles, beautiful fish and sting ray in Playa del Carmen and then to Tulum for zip lining over the jungle, repelling and taking a dip in the underground canyons. He was prompt on picking us up at our resort (Valentin Maya) and had tons of knowledge to share all day. It was a fun and exciting change of pace!
