“Great Family Day trip”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

Request "Helios" as your guide, he is the BEST and very knowledgeable about the caves and snorkeling!! We did the Maya Snorkel Adventure which takes you to three different places to snorkel.
First was in a underground cave (cenote) the lighting and the cool water and views of the cave while snorkeling were amazing. Then we went to a natural pool were you could snorkel, platform jump and small zip line into pool. We had a great Mayan lunch prepared by the Mayans living at the location. Then we went to the inlet bay for the best snorkeling, many different and colorful fish and we saw a huge barracuda, a sea turtle and some stingrays. Very good trip!!

“Totally worth it!”
Reviewed December 26, 2012 via mobile

We had a really good day doing the activities. I enjoyed the zip line & snorkeling with the sea turtles best. I chose to sit out on the cenote but everyone in my group RAVED about it. The repelling & zip lining felt safe, with staff members helping the entire time. Our guide, Ely, was funny and knowledgable. The excursion as a whole felt very safe as well. The "park" was behind a locked gate and we had lockers/keys to hold our stuff at each destination. Two thumbs up!

“A must do while in the Mayan Riviera!!”
Reviewed December 26, 2012

My wife and I made a great decision by choosing to experience Tulum Xtreme through Riviera Maya Adventures. We went on a nice 2hr tour of the beautiful Tulum ruins and learned about the Mayan culture. We then head to the Riviera May Adventure headquarters in the middle of the Mexican jungle a short drive away for repelling, zip lining, Ceynote cave snorkeling, and then a wonderful home made lunch. All of this made for a fun packed day that had a nice variety of activities. Though we experience so much in one day, we never felt rushed or in a hurry. The staff is very professional and timed everything perfectly.

I have to give an extra shout out to our AWESOME guide Horacio! He was very professional, personable, and really made the trip great!! Horacio picked us up right on time and gave a thorough overview of what we should expect for the day. During the trip he went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group had an amazing experience.

We highly recommend Riviera Maya Adventures to anyone traveling to the Yucatan!! You're missing out if you don't!

“Fantastic Tour”
Reviewed December 17, 2012

We did the Xtreme snorkel adventure which started out swimming in a beautiful cenote. You are offered the opportunity to zipline into the cenote, as well as jump from a 15-20 ft cliff. FOllowing the cenote, we went snorkeling in an underground cave. The water was clear, cool and refreshing. Swimming in the cave was amazing and something I will never forget. After a nice lunch (included), we went snorkeling at Akumel Bay. We saw same beautiful fish, as well as a rare Hawksbill turtle and stingray. The guides were always close and available if you needed assistance. They went out of their way to make sure we saw some great aquatic life.

Juan, our tour guide, professional, knowledgeable, and kept us all entertained. Ask for him if you go on this tour, I guarantee you will have a great time!

“Excellent Tour Guide!”
Reviewed December 10, 2012

A group of seven of us went and did the zip lining, snorkeling in the cave and swim/snorkeling with the turtles. I would highly recommend this excursion! Some members of our group got to the zip lining destination and decided they didn't want to do it. There was no pressure from any of the workers at all. Our tour guide was Israel Garcia, he absolutely made our trip 100x better! I would ask for him if you decided to do this. He made you feel very welcomed and kept you entertained the entire trip! Over all my favorite was the cave snorkeling and swimming with the turtles. Swimming with the sea turtles we also got to see sting rays and beautiful fish. The pictures just don't do the scenery justice. The places, food, people and adventure was overall a great lasting memory in Mexico! AWESOME TIME!
