We ate at the Bistro on our first night in Tulum. The coconut shrimp was really good. We also had a fish dish, that I cannot recall the name of, which was also delicious. We ordered margaritas our first round and they were really good, however, the second round was mojitos. We came back several times for after dinner mojitos during our stay. The beach is beautiful and you can just walk up during happy hour and grab a lounger or a table and order. We ate at the actual bistro which was really nice too. Toes in the sand kind of place. Jorge was our waiter every time and he was really great and very friendly. The first night we also had Papas and he was also extremely friendly. This is a great place to relax and have a drink. The food was a bit pricey but also really good!
