We visited the Ruins of Chichen-Itza, where the Mayas played ball and sacrificed the loosing team captain, the refreshing and blue turquoise Ik-kil cenote, and Akumal (which no body should miss by the way). We we swam with the sea turtles at Akumal and watched them eat sea grass. All along, Virginia, our tour guide, was very helpful in guiding us and telling us exactly what not to do and touch when walking in the jungle. We were very glad to have her with us. On one of our outings with Virginia she took us to an amazing cenote called Tankah. We Zip-lined, did some canoeing, and some snorkeling all in same day. We were dead after that but the kids loved it! We felt totally safe with our Riviera-Adventours tour guide Virginia. She was awesome! She knew everything about how to guild us and keep us feeling safe in the jungle.
We will definitely go back and I will make our reservations with Riviera-Adventours again. We were not disappointed and neither will you.
