We shared a whole fish cooked under salt. The fish that night was a red snapper, seasoned with lemongrass, Wow. For those not familiar with this preparation, it makes the fish moist and does not make it salty at all.
Honestly, it was amongst the freshest tasting fish one could eat. We had to pat ourselves on the back for ordering very well.
