“Comfortable, secure, and private home in Tulum”

Casa Conga was great during our holiday visit in Tulum. The house itself is in great condition, set within a complex with 5 other homes surrounding a common pool. the complex is gated and very secure with a caretaker (Pablo) onsite as well as Lucky, the compound dog.
We decided against renting a car and utilized the two property bikes as well as renting a couple additional bikes from Hola Bike Rental. The bikes made access within the town of Tulum simple and convenient. For trips to the beach/Playa we utilized taxis which were always easily flagged down at the end of the street. The property is to the south end of the town keeping it away from too much noise (except the roosters), yet close to some good restaurants within walking or biking distance (Mangalar Pizza, Los Aguachilies,..).
Having the laundry in the house is great with the beach and heat.

“Quiet, relaxed and comfortable”
Reviewed August 19, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

The house was exactly as described on the website with the pictures being a true representation of the building and rooms. The property was initially a bit difficult to find as we arrived very late (nearly midnight) and it is located off an unpaved road (not uncommon in this area) however we were met by the agent on arrival with a warm greeting and settled in quickly. There is an on-site caretaker who was very helpful and suggested places to go that were away from the normal tourist hotspots. The agent (Maria) called in every 2 or 3 days to check that everything was OK.

The location is slightly outside of the main centre of Tulum in a mixed area of individual rental properties and local residents. This made the place feel like real Mexico, as opposed to the managed "all inclusive" resorts. Shops and restaurants were easily reached by car in about 5-10 mins or bikes were provided.

The house was both comfortable and well equipped. Patio area is secluded with a relaxing ambience, day or night. Ceiling fans and air conditioning were very effective. Everything needed for relaxing by the pool, going to the beach or dining in was provided.

“Beautiful home and grounds”

A group of 4 friends stayed at Casa Quatro for a week and had a wonderful time. We spent many hours enjoying the private patio and hammocks. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The house is clean, comfortable and very private. We definitely needed a car to reach the gorgeous beaches, the Tulum ruins and many restaurants. Tulum is well-situated; we easily visited the Coba ruins and Chichen Itza. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend Casa Quatro to friends.
