My husband and I stayed as VLE for 8 days in October 2011. We were right on the beach and the continental breakfast which is included was delicious. Simone also makes the best cappuccinos!
The place is well taken care of and it’s nice to have the owner serve you breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
I loved the music played in the restuarant.
We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights in September. Loved being right on the beach and thankful we didn't have neighbors as our patio looks right into their room and patio (room #3). The bed was the most comfortable bed I have been in all of Mexico.

The food was amazing and everyone was great! Rafael was a great server and very helpful as well as the owner Simone. We ran into the Chef Roberto at one of the cenotes and he lent us his flashlight to go into the caves which made that experience so much better! Thanks again!

The only negative was that their blender was broken so I couldn't get my margaritas or miami vices that I was so looking forward to having on the beach and the shower had an issue one of the days but Simone fixed it ASAP. Also, they were adding onto the kitchen and so we had some noised during the day but were not too early or late in the day.

Thanks again for a wonderful time :)

My wife and I stayed in the Los Lirios cabanas next door to Estrellas (fine for accommodation, don't bother with their food though...) but rapidly discovered that the Estrellas' food was in a different dimension, so we pretty much moved in there for lunches and dinners in quick succession over two days (with occasional excursions in between to ruins, sea and shops...). Their location (right on the stunning beach), food and service is simply superb. For our last night in Mexico (sob...) they made us a seafood platter, complete with lobster, which was amongst the best meals I've ever had anywhere (and the wine was good as well ). Don't miss this place if you're in Tulum guys.
Ps. we also liked Tequila - their dog not the drink (though the drink's pretty damn good too...). Viva Mexico!!

We did not stay there but had twice dinner. It is by far the Best restaurant In Tulum. Location, setting, service, food.. All is great. Try their pasta with lobster.. Wow! Rafael was our waiter and was really nice, friendly and attentive.
When we go back, this will be our
base for sure.
And, unlike some other restaurants who claim to have the Best Ceviche or the Best pasta, they are not pretentious. They simple deliver

We stayed here in early July and it was a great 4 days on the beach in Tulum. We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs and the balcony was fantastic as was the entire location of the property. You are never more than a few feet from the water and the lounges / unbrellas are in great shape. We have been to Tulum a couple of times and on our next trip we won't hesitate to stay here again.

Cheers - Tim

Room Tip: stay upstairs if possible
