We were staying at the associated hotel, Cabanas Tulum, and therefore got a breakfast at Ziggy's every morning, and also chose to eat lunch there every day. Hands down, the lunches were our favorite. The Tuna Nachos were amazing, the fish and shrimp tacos were great, and the various drinks were good and all well-priced. For breakfast, our favorite was the Energetic juice and the Mexican Eggs and the Maya style eggs. The best part of Ziggy's though is the service and ambiance. On the beach, with swings at that bar, and all tables with a great view of the beach (some tables ON the beach), it was a perfect place to enjoy a meal. We did eat dinner there one night and it was a bit more expensive than we had hoped, and while our meals were good, I think the lunch menu had more standout options.
Finally, we had discovered this place, as a result of great TripAdvisor reviews, last year. We decided to plan a whole trip around coming back to Ziggy's and the next door hotel! And it didn't disappoint! The staff, the food, and the location will keep us coming back. Great if you're day-tripping to the nearby Tulum ruins and have a rental car to come down to the beach road!

Staying in the hotel next door this was a great dinner experience. Had shrimps in tequila sauce and it was really good and tasteful. Guy playing live music on the guitar and waitress always checking if we needed anything. Suggest this place for nice dinner or a drink as by night it’s very charming.

Tulum is not cheap and neither was the dinner, but it was worth the money. Recommended.

Stopped here just for a cappuccino and a walk on the beach. It was lovely. The beach was clean, the views excellent. The dining area appeared to be very popular. Obviously one of the best places to chill out in Tulum. Great coffee. Nice friendly staff.

Four of us were there for lunch today. The food was very good but some of the beers were in a can instead of a bottle. I had the Cajun chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. My husband had the chicken skewers and they were very flavorful. Our friends had fish tacos - good - and garlic fish - also good.
