Description: Caribbean sun, sweeping white sand beach, big coconut trees, and a breathtaking view of the turquoise sea. This is not a description of Daniel Defoe's Robinson Crusoe, it is the location of Ziggy's,Beach Club and Restaurant. Open from 7am-11pm every day. We offer our guests three different types of menu: international Breakfast - tasteful snacks and Lunch at our Beach club - fine gourmet Dinner selection. It's the perfect place to relax and reunite with nature. This is the place to go for delicious seafood and excellent drinks.

Ziggy is one of the best places in Tulum which combines great atmosphere, good food and excellent service. It offers a full menu for 30 usd margarita anf crepes flambees included. The guacamole appetizer was the best I had in Mexico. You will dine in a bamboo hut surrounded by atmosphere candles with your feet brushong the white sand. Don't miss this spot if you are around!

“Ziggy's, Tulum”

Quite simply brilliant. I think these guys could hold their own in London. The short rib (cooked to an ancient mayan recipe) was absolutely amazing, but hands down favourite dish was the Tuna Nachos. Doesn't sound like much, but fresh tuna sashimi on a toasted wheat nacho was utterly delicious.

The staff were great - Leonardo was a welcoming, knowledgable and helpful host.

We ate here several times during the week - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent value for money.

They also host tequila and wine tastings... although the less said about the tequila tasting the better. Suffice to say I overdid it!

This is not your average umbrella /chair club. If you want a cut above and to stay on the beach with the finest beds and service. This is your spot !

“Fish Tacos and Beer!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 2, 2013

This was the first place we ate at in Tulum. Great fish tacos, fast service, great chips and dips. Nice bar area. Sit out by the beach and watch the waves roll in - prop your feet up and enjoy a cold adult beverage! Nice place, with good parking. It's sandy - so wear flops or no shoes...I mean we are at the beach folks. Would definitely go here again. Try it!

“Incredible Mexican food with a brilliant view!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 30, 2013

My wife and I had the pleasure of eating every breakfast and a couple of dinners at this wonderful establishment. The service staff were very warm, fun and inviting. Our copious breakfasts would start with fresh tropical juice blends followed by traditional mexican meals. The Mayan breakfast stands out in particular with eggs and beans. A major advantage for us was that the staff was very accommodating to our vegetarian palates. As far as dinner was concerned, the red beet risotto was unique with a tasty creamy texture. The restaurant is beach front with an absolutely stunning view. Last, be sure to make it to the weekly tequila tasting, which includes the most delicious margaritas we have ever had the pleasure of having. All in all, absolutely amazing!
