Owner description: Labnaha’s Eco Park called the Magic Mayan World is exclusively open for a few visitors daily. This Park offers different activities surrounded by an exuberant jungle and a subterranean world known as magical and sacred in the Mayan culture.Experience a unforgettable descend on a zip line into the entrance of a fascinating Sacred Lakes which leads to into most spectacular Kayac traverse in the area. Refresh yourself afterwards in the Cenotes on a once a life time snorkel tour. Labnaha operates only with small groups and counts with a visitor limit per day to avoid mass tourism and the negative impact on the Eco system which allows you to enjoy without being surrounded by hundreds of people. Labnaha makes a big effort trying to teach how to enjoy this Magic Mayan World in full terms without destroying it.All activities are conducted with highly qualified and professionally trained guides. The three visited Cenotes are connected by Eco paths guided through theme paths with explanations and names of the local flora and fauna in the park. The entrance fees are used to protect a great variety of animals and trees in danger of extinction because of the ecological changes in the Riviera Maya caused by extensive constructions in the area.We are located just 35 minutes from Playa del Carmen or 10 from Tulum which makes it perfect to plan a last minute tour without having to travel hundreds of kilometres on the highway and sitting for hours in a vehicle or moving from one activity to a other one by car since all three activities are located inside the Magic Mayan Park. Age is not a limiting factor since the activities adapt depending on the exigencies and possibilities of the visitor.Included in the tour.Transportation Zip Line at the Sacred Lakes Snorkel tour in Cenote Labnaha Professional Zip Line EquipmentKayac TourOpen Cenote swimming. This is a must do if you are in the area. Our guide, Sergio (not the owner), was really friendly and answered all our questions. First off this is a small group excursion. There was myself and my boyfriend and then four other people who knew each other. They take their time and really let you enjoy the experience for as long as you want. First you go and zip line on two different zip lines. Having never done this before, I was a bit nervous, but it was loads of fun. After that you get to take a canoe and canoe around a lagoon on your own. We saw lots of different birds and turtles. Then you walk over to a cenote to swim. The water felt amazing and was crystal clear, really beautiful! Next you meet back at the office and talk with the owners. They are really personable and you learn all about the importance of the cenote and the Mayan culture, also how they discovered the cave cenote. They have fresh fruit and water for you. Then you get in their van and they take you to the most amazing place! It's a bumpy ride that takes you past and through many Mayan villages. Finally you get to the cave cenote. It is truly a unique experience. Sergio takes you through a pitch black cave cenote. You hold onto a light so that you can see all the stalactites and bats. I will never forget this experience! Thanks Sergio for making this a very memorable day for me! This is well worth the money and much better than swimming with caged animals or really large groups that the other places offer.

Besides the really beautiful cenote, I'm glad the gentlemen took the time to educate us visitors on the economic benefits the cenote is for local Mayan community as well as information about ecological considerations with cenotes.

If you want a real cenotre experience, LabnaHa is the place to go. The entrance is right on the main highway a bit north of Tulum (big signs so you can't miss it). You will get a friendly greeting at the entrance hut and an overview of your day (starts at 11am).

First is a drive down the highway to an open cenote where you get to do some ziplining. Then you're off on your own to canoe around the cenote for a bit. Follow that up with a walk to another open cenote for swimming and diving off a 20-ft cliff if you wish.

Then you drive back to the center for some fresh fruit and some explanation from Sergio and Pepe regarding the cenote they discovered and how they work with the local population.

Then the real highlight, after a bumpy 15-min drive to the closed cenote. You will be given vests and masks and will enter the cool waters of the cenote. Your will float through several caverns and can feel the gentle current of the underground river. The caves are very spectacular ... and wait until they turn out the lights (don't worry, they'll come back on)!

You can purchase photos of your group at the end of the tour. I'd recommend this; we used an underwater camera and the photos didn't turn out so well. You'll finish up around 4pm with some great memories! I'd give LabnaHa 6 stars if I could !!

This was the best day we had the entire trip. Zip lining, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, and cave exploring?! What's not to love?! The thing we liked most about this particular experience was that it is geared for SMALL groups, couples and families. It's very quaint - not crowded - and you don't feel rushed at all. The staff was lovely, and they had the attitude of, "hey, you're on vacation! You tell US when you'd like to move on to the next thing!" For $85 per person, this was an incredible value for an entire day of fun. Better than our day at Xelha!

My 15-year-old son found this website while we were staying in Tulum and asked if we could go. The day we are so happy we got to experience. At the end of our trip we all voted that this was the absolute best activity that we partook in. From the zip lining to the canoeing to the swimming in the cenotes and the underground river float was out of this world. Of course the lunch full of fresh fruit and guacamole was just what we needed midday. The owners are very eco friendly and eco, minded and that is one of the things that attracted us to this place. This place is not to be missed and is far superior to any of those big theme parks you see scattered along the highway.
