Owner description: Labnaha’s Eco Park called the Magic Mayan World is exclusively open for a few visitors daily. This Park offers different activities surrounded by an exuberant jungle and a subterranean world known as magical and sacred in the Mayan culture.Experience a unforgettable descend on a zip line into the entrance of a fascinating Sacred Lakes which leads to into most spectacular Kayac traverse in the area. Refresh yourself afterwards in the Cenotes on a once a life time snorkel tour. Labnaha operates only with small groups and counts with a visitor limit per day to avoid mass tourism and the negative impact on the Eco system which allows you to enjoy without being surrounded by hundreds of people. Labnaha makes a big effort trying to teach how to enjoy this Magic Mayan World in full terms without destroying it.All activities are conducted with highly qualified and professionally trained guides. The three visited Cenotes are connected by Eco paths guided through theme paths with explanations and names of the local flora and fauna in the park. The entrance fees are used to protect a great variety of animals and trees in danger of extinction because of the ecological changes in the Riviera Maya caused by extensive constructions in the area.We are located just 35 minutes from Playa del Carmen or 10 from Tulum which makes it perfect to plan a last minute tour without having to travel hundreds of kilometres on the highway and sitting for hours in a vehicle or moving from one activity to a other one by car since all three activities are located inside the Magic Mayan Park. Age is not a limiting factor since the activities adapt depending on the exigencies and possibilities of the visitor.Included in the tour.Transportation Zip Line at the Sacred Lakes Snorkel tour in Cenote Labnaha Professional Zip Line EquipmentKayac TourOpen Cenote swimming. Sergio, Pep & the team are very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The cenotes are incredible! There were only 3 of us on the tour, the small groups they organise make the experience more enjoyable. More importantly, the company's commitment to the community and the environment makes it 5 stars plus!

This was my first time in a cenote and underwater cave. The guide was great, the experience was wonderful. The people obviously enjoy what they're doing and do it well.

Our experience at LabnaHa Cenotes was amazing. Our guide Raphael was very informative
and funny and we felt very safe during the whole excursion. Some Cenote sights only have 1 cave but this sight has 3!!! We would definitely recommend this beautiful Cenote sight to anyone interested. The owners are also great!!!

Great place to see! Friendly staff. You are alone with your guide and can see thé réal cenotes, calm and dark. Not all guides speak english, but it was not à problem at all.

Here is my beef with this place, it is a 4-5 hour tour that could easily be covered in 2 hours. And the price, even after the online discount is ridiculous for what you get.

Here is what we got:
Arrival greeted by Pepe (super nice guy) and after payment we left with Rafael for a 15 minute drive to the first 2 hours of our day. We get there to find to very average zip lines that we had the opportunity to use as many times as needed to fill an hour. After that we got to kayak in a lagoon and then swim in another. Not really that thrilling to be honost and I would much rather use that time to explore some of the other wonderful things to do in the Riviera Maya.

Next 2 hours went like this. Waiting for 15 to 20 minutes to finalize our transportation to the cenote (the only attraction here). A 25 minute ride to the cenote which leads us to the highlight and reason I came here - about 40 minutes in the cenote. Upon concluding the guided tour of the caverns, we enjoyed (this is sarcasm) a smooth 25 minute ride back to base to get in our car and go back to our resort because it was too late to do anything else.

Long story short - we wanted to see the cenote. We did and it was great. Pepe and Rafael were super great minus the time we had to wait on them. They are professional and knowledgeable but like many services in Mexico......slow.

$85 a person is a bit steep to see a 40 minute tour of a cool cave (one of many in the area). The worst part is all the time I feel was wasted before the actual tour of the cenote. I would much rather get the short version and have time to see or do other amazing things in the area, like swim with sea turtles in Akumal, which was what I would have done if I did not kill an extra 2 hours at this place.

Bottom line - if you have the time and don't mind a slow pace then this place is perfect for you. If you want to max your vaca time and expand the reach of your dollar - move on.

All the positive reviews are true - it is a nice place and they offer great service. If just depands on the type of vacationer you are. This will determine your positive experience like the many who have posted here, or a less than great experience like myself, who expects more.
